I recently made a purchase from Alison at Home and was overall very happy with the experience. Whether it was the quality of the garden bench or the helpful support from Tracy and the delivery team, the service was consistently professional and accommodating. There was clear communication throughout, even when dealing with delays or changes, and everything I ordered arrived as advertised. The products are well-made and reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alison at Home and will likely shop with them again. A solid 4-star experience!

We love the Braxton mission couch. When sitting on the faux leather one seems like they will slide off. I unzipped the cushion and stuffed stuffing to the front of the cushion and it fixed the problem

I bought my parents the Harrogate garden bench. They are extremely pleased with this price of garden furniture. My Father is 89 and they have just had rails in the garden so he can access it. He loves to sit on the bench. Tracy was really very helpful as were the Hallam delivery team. We are delighted.

I was highly impressed Tracy took the time to contact me out of hours on a Friday after a slight difficulty paying for my order.
My problem was solved quickly and I was reassured that my order was dealt with by a capable and friendly member of the team.

Still waiting 4 weeks to receive a duo guest bed. Telephone number for Alison at Home doesn’t work either. Slow to return emails which you have to send to chase up your order.

The wicker garden furniture is great quality. Brilliant service and its very comfortable.

The rattan sofa set was not fit for purpose
The covers were not waterproof and don’t dry out
Too large to keep indoors
Told there was wasn’t a cover for it
I sold it on market place for half the price I paid
I did email the company to see if I could get a cover for it
They replied that they didn’t supply a cover

Allison at Home has since dealt with the delivery issue. However am trying to return the product as I’m very disappointed with the quality. Waiting on a response from the customer service team.

I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I was notified my order was due to be delivered only to find out on the day of delivery the order had been cancelled by Alison at home. After waiting nearly 4 weeks for the delivery of my garden furniture which I paid £1000+ for, this was incredibly disappointing. The company also did not communicate to me that they had cancelled the order but it took me to call them to be notified of this. Once I rang them, the customer service assistants were clueless as to what was going on. I am still having to chase up on this matter.

I would avoid purchasing from this company at all costs.

Sadly our circumstances changed since the garden bench we ordered could be delivered, so we decided to see whether our order could be cancelled. We were delighted that this was done, so quickly, and with such understanding. We were very appreciative and will be looking again at Alison at Home.

Fantastic communication, easy to order, fabulous product and amazing quality and value for money. Exceeded our expectations and the delivery was quicker than we could have hoped for. All in all a big thumbs up from us.

Id like to leave an outstanding review for this company. I was in two minds whether to order some Rattan Furniture, but after some deliberation and a recommendation from a friend about the quality of furniture at Alison At Home, I decided upon them. My Dorchester Dining Set was delivered promptly, described correctly on their website, and Im over the moon. The customer experience at Alison At Home is second to none, I would recommend them to anyone.

The bracing bar under the Petworth Rattan Dining Table that I purchased from you (Order: W00025876) snapped and now the two sides of the table are unstable.

Emailed Alison at home to order replacement part but no response?!

Furniture arrived within agreed time period and was easy to put together. Very happy with product.

Amazing!! I was given this as a gift and it looks absolutely beautiful! Really good quality, very comfortable and looks great! So many cushions! It’s also a great size for a crowd!! Service was super quick and we got it delivered with 2 weeks of ordering!!

Very prompt delivery. Happy with the furniture, but assembly instructions could have been better

Ordered Petworth Dining Set which was delivered on June 2nd - unfortunately the bracing piece for the table was missing and therefore unusable. After several emails no details were given as to when we might expect a replacement. In desperation we employed a local handyman to supply and fit the missing piece to enable us to use the table. We informed Tracey at the end of last week and requested repayment for our costs. To date we have not received a comment on the request or any date as to when they were intending to supply the part to make the table usable. Customer service failed when a real problem presented itself. Very disappointing.

Ordered the Harrogate 2 seater wooden garden bench delivered yesterday. Lovely bench & very comfortable with a sturdy feel. After waiting several weeks longer for delivery than was advertised in Alison at Home I contacted Customer Services. I had immediate reply from Tracy Horth explaining situation & regular updates from Tracy. Very impressive service. Thank you Tracy.
