You took over $100 out of my bank account without my knowledge. I decided to capitulate and now you want money for coins? Please refund my account.

This was my dad in Vietnam. It was a little blurry and B & W. I think it looks great.

I have been ripped off for a thousand dollars!!
They keep charging me on my credit card hundreds of dollars. Without any service to me. I did not ask for anything from their site yet they continued to charge my card hundred dollars at a time.!!!! It’s a scam with no consideration for customers.

The flower blooming live action does work well with my Mom's photo. It definitely looks like her.

Love this program that makes my family history come alive for me! Sometimes the clean up is a bit much but for the most part the enhancements are right on the money! My great uncle died in the Battle of the Somme in 1916 at 26 and I cried to when I was able to see him smile! What a precious gift! I love being able to see images of my ancestors clearly and the verification I see in my children and grandchildren's faces!

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
This is an absolute SCAM!!! Do not enter any of your card details into their app.
The site is so full of glitches. You will never get hold of anyone to complain or refund the money they steal.
The way they sell coins to use the service is designed to confuse you. I accidentally bought £375 worth as I clicked on one method of paying and nothing happened , then another and nothing happened. But they took over £375 from my account, without confirming the amount and I ended up with over a thousand coins. I contacted them immediately to request a refund and no reply. I sent another message via there chat feature and nothing back. I felt physically sick. A few days later I used the app and couldn’t log in. When I finally managed to log in to my account via their website all those coins were gone. I asked again for a refund. No answer. I followed their instructions to cancel subscription in Apple Pay. And two months after I cancelled my subscription they took a further £34 and then £74 from my account. I contacted my bank and it tells me they are still taking money as a subscription - so they have not cancelled it. No one ever answers emails. I’ve had to cancel my debit card and change my bank card to get rid of them. Absolute crooks. I can’t believe they’re being promoted on Instagram.
AVOID AVOID AVOID.
And ‘Amelie’ their ‘customer service’ bot replies to my review on here saying she’s ‘sorry for the issues I’m having’ and asks me to get in contact. But ‘Amelie,’ that address you’ve quoted in your reply does not do anything. I have sent you so many messages that way and never a reply. This is a SCAM!! People watch out. Do not give them your bank details. They have taken £500 uk pounds from me.

Amazing program.
A fire destroyed all my late wife's photos but one.
Now I have a brilliant memory of her.
Thank you so much.

Following the reply from Alivemoment, I used the

address and as before, I am taken to a message page, where you enter the details of your reasons for contacting…. However, now I am getting an error message saying there is no user with my email address. Which is odd, because I am logged in to my account!
Things are going from bad to worse now.

This website is a criminal Enterprise to defraud you of your money. They will not give you credits that you pay for and whatever credits you end up with they will take the next day. They randomly arbitrarily take money from your account without any credits or Reason to take the money they just take it.
