From old to new...in living color!

This site allows me to restore old pictures in color for my class's 50-year class reunion. Needless to say, the pictures are getting rave reviews!

Very nice but pricey

The quality of the restored and coloured photos is very high. I'm pleased with the results. It's a bit costly though after the initial cut price teaser. And they take away your credits if you haven't used them within a certain time.

Unauthorized charge with nothing for it!

In April I visited their site through an online ad and entered my visa debit # but changed my mind because it looked like their trial was not really a trial, I did not click to submit my information. But never the less they charged me 35.49 for absolutely nothing. No product, no subscription, not even a confirmation email from them. I tried to message them twice in their internal messaging in their website as well as Instagram - no reply and it's been 2 months. Now I have to go through the bank to request a charge back. Don't trust this company. *As for Alive Moment's response - I don't even have an account with you so how can I give you an account number to investigate this??

Theives they have continued to take…

Theives they have continued to take money out and I did not click subscribe. Quality is horrible

Don’t let their reply fool you they have replied here but not to my emails. I will remove this review if refund received if it isn’t then there is still $300 stolen .

Impossible to cancel on website

Impossible to cancel on website. Gives you a chance to send a message with my email. It does not recognize my email so have now tried to send an email to cancel. We shall see. Fortunately my cc declined the transaction. I had at least 2 more days to cancel and never even used it. Not happy

I was blown away by how easy it is to…

I was blown away by how easy it is to bring old photos to life. I uploaded a few family portraits and within minutes they were animated with natural, realistic movements — subtle eye blinks, gentle head turns, soft expressions. It felt like magic.
The interface is super simple — no technical skills needed at all. Just upload, pick a style, and download. The animations feel genuine rather than gimmicky, which made the experience genuinely emotional for me.
Highly recommend to anyone who wants to relive precious memories in a completely new way. A truly special tool!

Beware of this company

Beware of this company. They tell you that you have a free 14 day trial and give you 30 credits. THIS IS NOT FREE. I have since noticed they have taken £19 out of my bank account! They then also tried to take £360!!!! Thank god my bank blocked the transaction. I have now cancelled the subscription that I didn’t know they had set up and my account. I now hope they are unable to take any more monies off me. I am worried about this when the 14 days finishes on the “free” trial. Apparently if you agree to them using your photos you agree to them setting up the subscription!! This is not clear or written anywhere on the website for people to read and then make an informed choice. A very cheeky way to trick people and take their money. I would like my £19 back for the so called trial but going by the other reviews I think the chances are impossible. So I will cut my loses and run!

Somewhat complicated signing up

Somewhat complicated signing up. Way too many additional cost offers I had to click through. Takes some time for the picture to animate. Set up to get a picture is not real user friendly. In the end my first animated picture was great. Amazing what AI can do.

Tried to charge my account $509. Charged me 2x for the membership. No chat, no phone, cancel tab doesn't work. My best advise/ Start you're own alivemovement, because they are terrible.

Your response is inadequate. You know your website doesn't work right.
