I want to share my last experience whit this unreliable firm. The product was good and the seller as well. But the one whom I bought vacuum cleaners Baseus A3 from, was a liar seller, untrustful so he didn't send the cleaners and closed the store and fled away. So, since there was no need to these filters which I bought from this seller, I wanted refunding but the seller of these filters asked me to send the items back for refunding. I told him that returning shipment fee and tax already cost more than 20$. So, it's unlogic to send them back to get 20$. But he refused refunding and I opened dispute. But the idiot AliExpress dispute team insisted on not understanding me and they claimed that I opened the dispute because the product was defective and they asked me evident. I said to them that the reason for dispute is that I don't need them anymore since your liar previous seller didn't send me their cleaners. But they insisted not understanding and acting like fools. So, they closed the dispute. Consequently, never ever trust AliExpress. and think twice while shopping here. AliExpress is not reliable anymore.

In general a confusing communication throughout the orders and shipping. I thought I had paid and would receive my purchase within 7 days, but then after a month, with no product and a tracking number that doesn't work, I suddenly receive an email with the subject: "Your order xxxx... has arrived. Tell us how it went." and inside the mail, it says "Time's up to confirm your order!". That seems weird. I should not have to confirm my order, I already paid. The email furthermore says "If you still haven't received the item or you've received it but are unhappy, you still have 15 days to submit a dispute request. We're here to help!". Confusing communication in a single email.
I still haven't received my product, so ended up writing to them about what was going on and if they could give me some info. Now the order has been refunded.
It all seems to shady and not transparent, so I'm not shopping at Alixpress anymore. I don't trust the site.
I ordered an electric bike on Aliexpress website. Quickly I got an e-mail telling me that the order was handled by WMP store and was awaiting shipment. I also got a counter that counted down the time to last possible shipment. After that time the order would be automatically cancled.
One day before las shipment date I got a message from WMP store on Aliexpress website telling me that they would ship another model and asked if I could accept it. I said NO and asked them to cancel the order. Next day I got a new message asking the same question – my reply was of course the same – NO!! The third day the order status was changed to shipped, and I got a message again from WMP store telling me that the model I did not want was shipped. Since then, I have tried to cancel and have my money refunded by contacting Aliexpress chat service. No avail. They want me to start a dispute with WMP store. A dispute about what? They shipped a model they knew I would not accept. And they knew that before they shipped the item. They do not give a dam. And where is Aliexpress responsibility??? Nowhere!!
I will refuse the parcel when it arrives in Denmark, but will I get my money back? Because they cashed the money days before the item was shipped.
My advice: keep away from Aliexpress and other Chinese platforms.
This is actually the worst thing that happened I ordered 8 items off alixpress and told me if have them at the end of November and they promised me I would get them before Christmas as its for my daughter from santa. I have looked at the tracking and some doesn't make sense and some says the last people to get the items was last mile carrier. I just rang An post and they don't have any items sent to them. Everytime I send a message to the sellers some say I'll get them in January which I don't want and then some say ring an post. I would like this to be sorted and any advice I can give to anyone is just be careful ordering stuff off this company. At least wish sent out the stuff and if anything was wrong they would help you straight away.
I purchased a note book Bslay computer and it was delivered in a week. Good customer service As advertised. Highly recommended.
