I have made two different orders from All in All now and both times they items were dispatched and delivered within 2 days. Super impressed. Also contacted them for help matching a trim colour and they responded with very helpful option. Would recommend.

Always amazing service! been using All in All for well over two years now as my main supplier of flooring accessories and the customer care and quality of materials are second to none. Recently bought some flooring noses for the second time from this company, great delivery times and very well packaged. However for this second order we discovered it wouldn't be possible to use them and we had to change our decision to put flooring on the staircase.
Called up customer support to be told the returns window is a strict 14 day period and they cannot take them back. Now stuck with £400 worth of quite specific flooring product which I'm unlikely to find a second hand buyer for!

Company were very helpful from a sales perspective but unfortunately this is where it stopped. When I wanted to return the items they told me this had to be down at my own expense (which is in their terms but I thought could have been made clearer given the cost of this) and then sent me a list of couriers that could offer this service. The list of couriers was far more expensive than the ones I found on my own, which makes me wonder whether they sent me expensive ones to try and make me keep the items. Be aware of the return costs as they are extremely expensive. Lastly, when I finally returned the items, they did not refund one of the items because I had taken the plastic off (so I could see the actual colour). Again, this is in their terms but I find it astonishing that they can put another piece of plastic on the items and resell (as it was in the exact same condition as when they sent it to me).

Great service as business to business. Received an unexpected pack of samples - which is great for future reference and our customers. Delighted with our interactions.

Very helpful team with a very quick delivery. Wasn't sure which profile I needed to fit between my two different floors. When I called and spoke to Sarah who was very helpful and spoke to a fitter at their company to get me the best advice. Once ordered, the profiles came the next day and they are really good quality at such a low price. Would 100% recommend this company to friends and family.

Unfortunately when my door bars arrived one was damaged. I sent a picture if the door bar to customer service. They weren't interested and I was accused of damaging it myself.

Had such a good experience getting flooring supplies, had some issues finding the right things and Molly could not have been more helpful, taking extra time with us to get things right!

Having been let down badly by another company I tried All in All. I rang with low expectations,how wrong I was. Phone answered almost immediately by a very efficient lady who said she would check the colour match & ring me back. This she did within five minutes, she took the order at 3pm & it arrived 9am next day. Perfect colour, in good condition & great price. How refreshing in this current climate. Cannot recommended highly enough.

Bought some flooring from a major online store (DWF), the quote for trims, doorbars and underlay etc was over £200. All in All did it for £70 delivered. Arrived within 48 hrs in perfect condition. A saving of 66% for the exact same products.

colour matched to a very old flooring I had from 2007 and more than happy with my door bars as I couldn't find them anywhere so highly recommend based on my experience

Thad an excellent experience with this company. I was looking for matching accessories for my flooring. They recommended that I send a sample which I did and in a few hours of receipt they had a match. Ordered the products and was contacted by phone to confirm everything. Delivery received in Scotland next day. Unfortunately the goods were damaged in transit... no fault of this company.. but on hearing this they reacted swiftly and a replacement order received very next day. First class start to finish and the product is excellent
