I rented two appliances in 2021, a wash and dryer machine and a mini freezer.
In May 2024 I suspended the mini freezer, in the middle of a 6 years rental term, as I don’t need anymore. I was expecting to pay some extra money for the contract breach, however I couldn’t have a worst experience.
When on the installation of the appliances I was strongly encouraged to save all documents from the appliances as the delivery person told me the company uses that as a reason to overcharge at the end of contract.
I took a wonderful care of the freezer and on the return of the goodie I was informed by the pick up person that the appliance was in good shape, condition and I would not have any problems.
For my surprise I got a charge of +309 euros and the company now says that the freezer had a yellow stain and that they had to trash the appliance.
Why I was not informed? I could had buy the appliance with the charges only that they are demanding.
Think well. It is a bad choice.

BlueMovement is great. Great equipment at an affordable price and the concept is great too. New or refurbished, your choice and you know your machine will get recycled after you are done with it. I am thinking about one more item at the moment.

As a result, I can use first-class devices such as washing machines, tumble driers and coffee machines, for the latter I am regularly sent a package for device care (cleaning and descaling).

I used BlueMovement twice already, in two different countries and for both a washing machine and a vacuum.
Both experiences were seamless, and the devices work without any issues. Especially for the washing machine I loved that BlueMovement moves and installs it for you, that was a huge advantage since I didn’t have a car.
Also great for shared flats if you don’t have to keep track of who owns what. With the vacuum I wanted to rent it to have a chance to try a cordless one before committing to buying one, so far I‘d highly recommend it!
