Extraordinary experience
A shop that still knows what good customer service is.
Around Easter, I was in their physical shop in Odense with my mom, who came to visit me from The Netherlands.
She bought some things, and I bought a remote controlled car for my nephews.
The staff was very friendly, a young guy helped me pay and showed sincere interest in where we were from etc.
The item I bought got gift-wrapped for free and it looked really great.
My mom brought the present to The Netherlands, but to our disappointment, the steering wheel of the remote controlled car turned out not to work, after trying everything.
I thought to give it a shot and email them about this, even though I can not come by with the product.
I received a very fast reaction and they tried everything to show how we could make it work (sending over video's etc) but unfortunately, no luck.
Without any hesitation, a new one was shipped to my address in Denmark, so I can ship it to my nephews.
It arrived with a sweet card, stating they tested this one, and kept the batteries in it to ensure this one was functional.
I'm blown away by this service, this is extremely rare!
I know where to shop next time I need some presents! :)
