battery turned up a couple of days later than web site said, but wasnt bothered as needed for start of month anyway
Parcel Force tracking was a waste of time, told when it hit this country from France it would be trackable, was checking for tracking when PF turned up to deliver it!!

The battery took a while to deliver and was flat when I tried it, so charged it up and now works ok but have only used it once, time will tell. Also I changed the terminal from female to male to suit my lawn mower, not sure if I had a choice of terminal. GW

Ordered a motorcycle battery that was supposedly available from the UK warehouse and available for 1 day delivery. After paying I received a confirmation email stated it's not available in UK and only available from warehouse in France which the website states is 8 days delivery. The confirmation email states that due to Brexit it is actually 15 working days for delivery !! (Taking into Easter Bank holidays that's over 3 weeks!!) By law, under the Distance Selling Regulations, I should have the right to cancel for a full refund within 14 days of order. I've tried to cancel but they refuse (which is illegal.) I've requested a refund and they refuse (which is illegal.) Reported to Trading Standards & starting court proceedings to try and get my money back.

Well made product, not easy to locate elsewhere.

Replacement battery for ride on lawnmower. Was important to get battery which would fit in the battery compartment, which it did. Seems good quality battery and at a good price. Shipped from France but not charged extra for this. A little longer delivery but not excessive. Kept informed. Would use again.

Purchased a NX Ready Universal battery charger recently. The charger began malfunctioning very soon after purchase giving an error message when trying to charge batteries.

I have been informed that I have to pay for shipping and insurance to All Batteries. What!!??

I am stunned that this is what this company calls customer service.

Purchased Battery for wr125r motorcycle. It was a new style gel/acid type. Fitted perfect and worked great.
Delivered from abroad but kept in the loop and within timescale. Previously I tried to order battery via Halfords Wrexham.Had a complete nightmare from start to finish 2 months later no battery and refund. Thanks to All Batteries for saving the day.

Bought a battery for an older clam style phone. Battery inexpensive at £11, postage £6. Was warned that would take 12 days or so as coming from France. Arrived within stipulated time fully charged and fitted phone perfectly. No problems with life or recharge. Used now for 2 weeks without issue. Very happy. Would recommend. Kept informed via email re dispatch.

Super quick delivery, and a very good price

Like other, surprised when I discovered the battery was coming from France, but it turned up within a week or so and works fine in my lawnmower, which hasn't started without jump leads for about 15 years.

Took 15+ calls 20 emails and several months to get a refund because the battery they sent me only worked a few days! Very frustrating, annoying and disappointing!

Slow postage as others have said. Delivery from France wasn't very obvious (at all) when buying. Site is a dotco.Uk.

Trying to source a battery for my old HP laptop was a frustrating business and I wasted a lot of time and money, but AllBatteries solved the problem for me. The battery is well made and fitted without any difficulty. Battery life is better than expected. It has greatly extended the working life of the laptop.

I cannot fault the service I received from AllBateries. The price was competitive with other suppliers, they arrived earlier than expected well packaged to prevent any damage in transit and the company has maintained comprehensive communications throughout the whole process. What more can you ask ?

I didn't expect that the battery would be shipped from France. It took a few weeks to arrive but had I known this at time of ordering, I probably would have given this a 5 star rating upon reviewing my experience. The battery works fine [Dyson handheld vacuum cleaner], and the instructions re battery care will be helpful going forward.
