Illegal Installation of Their Application
I do not know how but this application was installed on my tv without my consent. I hope I am not hacked. I will never ever use a company which install applications on others tv's without a consent.

Contacted customer services online and asked for paper to cancel my subscription but the woman who I was writing to didn't have the time to help because she was on his phone.
Very mature service or not.
All we wanted was a paper send in email. No help for us because if we resign today we only pay for February but if he holds us "hostages" until 1 February we pay for also mars.

Scam Scam Scam Fraud
I had a 6-month membership with them, and then I attempted to cancel it multiple times. On one occasion, I found myself in a line, waiting for over an hour for them to answer the phone, despite being number 1 in the queue. Despite numerous attempts over several days, I couldn't reach them.
Subsequently, I visited my bank and explained the situation to them. They decided to disable the automatic payout to prevent any further deductions from my account. However, despite these efforts, I received a bill from them after a month, the first one ever, stating that I must pay 967 kr; otherwise, they would take legal action against me. Unbelievable. I strongly advise against making a membership with them, no matter the circumstances.
I intend to consult with a lawyer in this matter as I feel more than just financially harmed.

I got my TV from an electronic store (Power) and for me to buy it in a good price I had to subscribe to Allente, to my surprise after a few days of using my TV I can't seem to find the app to use Allente.
After 2 MONTHS of calling and asking what is going on Allente called and said "your TV is not equipped for our service"... now what? I still have to pay for the binding... Fine I accepted it and said okay
I DOUBLE checked about the cancelation and customer service said it will cancel AUTOMATICALLY... the end of the binding came, I called because it still deducted. They said it I wanted to use a Allente TV box THAT NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT BEFORE!!!!!!
Allente: Oh I cannot see that your subscription is canceled... we have a cancelation of the current month and an extra month...
ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!! Horrible horrible horrible horrible!
This is a Nordic company, it should be a sustainable one, the employees sound untrained and they don't care about customers satisfaction. All they care about is steeling from customers that never heard of Allente!
