I have bought tickets for Andre Rieu concert earlier this year. Unfortunately I couldn't attend that concert and I wanted to refund those tickets, which were INSURED through Allianz.... There were no responds at all from Allianz and to be honest, I will never insure anything from Allianz if that's the way they treat their customers.

Sending of code to open an account needs to NOT be by email. I am on email to to secure the policy, to find the code I lose the email page I was on and have to start over. Very frustrating.

i had previously had an Allianz car…
i had previously had an Allianz car insurance in 2023, because this policy had ended it would not allow me to update the home address, therefore, trying to get a home policy using the same email address was impossible.
