This has honestly been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. I’ve spent days being passed back and forth, constantly chasing updates about getting my vehicle into the garage and arranging a courtesy car.
They’ve had an entire week to sort this out, yet nothing has happened. The only response I keep getting is, “Sorry,” followed by, “You’ll have to wait until Monday.”
It’s incredibly disappointing. Poor communication, no urgency, and no real effort to resolve the issue. Customers deserve far better than being left in the dark and forced to keep chasing for answers.

Sorry, dissapointed
Sorry, have been trying to claim for lost car keys( spare) for two days. Ringing number, just constant music, no one picking up. Tried chat online service, explained what happened, told to ring to make claim. I tell them I cannot get through, they provide two other numbers, which I tried, still same. I then use chat service in which I ask what do I do
“You ll have to be patent, they will answer”
I have not got over one hour each time I call, sorry. I am in full time work, and have family to attend to in evenings. I am so frustrated😰

Allianz AG is the second insurance company in the world, in UK is maybe the worst. Unproffesional is the employee,they avoid to take decision,to solve the dispute ,and the petson who investigate the claims don't now to much about cars bit they do claims,they dont know what is it the dinamic of the accident,nightmare. It's happened with me regardind my claims. I just want to tell i was 10 years claims inspector at Allianz AG.

Unfit for purpose
I just wanted to change the bank details for my direct debit. This was really difficult to do. I ended up doing it 5 or 6 times and every time my bank validated it the Allianz site kept taking me back to the start. I was just going round in circles. Eventually it worked but took about half an hour rather than the 5 minutes it took on other business's sites. There is also no phone number to ring for help. The site is not fit for purpose. There is no customer service.
