New time home owners and picked…
New time home owners and picked Allianz.
Our locks needed fixed and the call answered within 7 minutes and someone was out in the next hour, we were given a 4 hour time slot but we did have young kids in the house and with the back door not locking made priority! Very satisfied with our choice for home insurance and will be renewing with this company next year! Amazing service!

Easy renewal and no price increase!
Renewal quote was lower than last year. Usually companies try to rip you off with expensive renewal prices hoping you won't notice and just pay. Refreshing to see the price had actually gone down slightly.

NO help from Allianz in emergency situations.
I have gone through trying to add another driver as I am going into hospital on 10th July (Friday) but the website stops short of any help at all, and is the most difficult website I have ever encouintered where 'help' is totally ignored, I have tried to ring and go through the system several times with the help of copilot, who have been extremely helpful, and it still doesn't recognise the customer request without asking them to go thro the same procedure, and left me withj 'zero' help, I will be going into hospital and wanted this friend to be able to drive the car at least once a week whilst I recover which takes about 2 months, but am absolutely bereft of any common sense from Allianz. I wish I had never bothered insuring with them but unfortunately am out of the 14 days to cancel.
