Well, after contracting their car insurance service online I got on the second month a rise in my premium due to my claim years being changed without any reason. I contacted them and explained that there has been a problem with it and that they had wrongly made this change and charged me the money without even contacting me about it. I was told I would be called 2 days later with an answer about it and it's now a month and no answer whatsoever. The biggest joke is that I have requested my bank to return the over charged amount from my credit card, they did so, for that I am grateful to them! I have blocked my credit card and apparently Allianz Direct only contacts you (by email) when something is not well for their side of the bargain... I got an email from them saying that my premium was not collected and if I will not pay meantime it will be cancelled. Well, to that I have to say that I am waiting for a month for your call mister Olivier. Unacceptable behavior from them, they are scamming people and getting away with it by ignoring the customer sincere input on issues they have created, not the consumer. They even redirected me to Allianz, one of my former insurers to make me go around the corner for nothing, at Allianz they have claimed to have even changed the Roy data during the call, which to me means manipulation and abuse of power from both companies. I do not recommend them at all, and Allianz as well, they are in this scam together! My former insurer has passed the claim free years to Roy data, it is a 0, but Allianz direct says they found a -2, which is from 2 years ago... I have no claims for 5 years. Unacceptable, a corrupt company to say the least. I am wondering what will they pass on to Roy data once I terminate this nonsense they have put me into. If someone is willing to sue them I will be willing to join the cause, I am tired of talking to robots and a customer service which is simply good for nothing, not really providing any customer service knowing that people wait on a cue for 1h or more to be heard and have things fixed.

Have sent to the provided review email by Allianz all the information required for them to do the right thing and correct the claim free years and premium value.
Until today, 01-07-2025, 2 months have passed and no contact so far. Once more, I'm extremely disappointed with their level of negligence and disrespect. I do not recommend their service.

Well, they’v been taking money out of my bank without my permission, at least this is what i thought! So i tried to contact them to see what’s all of this about? Taking money since 15 months or so!
I thought you know what maybe it’s a mistake, I’ve been trying to get info from them since November 2024, and can you believe that they don’t respond to me even after waiting a very long time, no matter what i say!
I clearly said that i just want to know why have you been taking money. just so i know if they are scamming me or not but no hope! Anyway, im not looking to make problems. I just want my money back!

My neighbour hit my car at the parking garage. She and I had both insurance from Allianz. We filed the damage report and she filed the case with her agent. (202415002862) she has been told that an expert was appointed but 4 months passed no response. 3 months after I filed a case for the same damage but no action on my case too. (202411095215) ı also obtained a quoatation for repairs and add to the file. Its impossible to call or chat with Allianz officials as they never repond to calls or chat. Now currently, I try to reach them via chat, 25 min ago system said waiting time is 9 minutes.. zero customer support - ı will change my insurer for sure! I have no time to waste anymore.
As indicated below Sebastiaan has contacted me, however contrary to his best efforts Allianz appointed expert still not satisfied by the quatation obtained from the auothorised dealer.. a damage worth EUR1750 made me wait almost 9 months so far. Thats not promising, right?

Contacted allianz direct via chat regarding a damage on my car. The only downside was the inital wait time (because I also tried on the phone first but could not reach anybody). But as soon as I was connected to Colin, he answered all my questions in detail and prepared a claim file. It was good to hear that I could claim storm damage and it would not affect my claim-free years and that my high eigen risico did not matter in this case.

I had an accident on 11th of September and filed a claim. First they said that it would be followed up in 5 to 8 working days, then suddenly it changed to 15 working days. I still haven’t heard back after 20 working days! In the meantime, they have the audacity to take the monthly payment for the service they can’t provide. It’s horrible!

I have all risk insure with the, and it's need more then 3 months that my case is just pending with no improvement. After I call (waiting to connect for 1h) managed to get damage control at the garage, already a month they don't even send me the report, no idea what shoud I do now. They never give me answers and just ask me to wait, is it normal that it takes so long? They looks like scammers for me. Definitely going to change my insurance next year.
