This has been the worst experience I've ever had with car insurance. Despite having premium coverage for a minor dent, my premium was threatened with a significant increase simply for initiating a claim (which is procedure that I understand). But then I send an email and cancel my claim request. Upon attempting to cancel the claim (with no response), my claim-free years inexplicably dropped to -3, and my premium went up. After numerous long calls and assurances that the mistake was fixed (supposedly to +3), I received an email stating it's still -3. I have sent them multiple emails, multiple chats, and still they do not try to fix their mistake. It is like they do it purpose to collect money and make people to give up.
They have admitted their error in writing through chat history, yet the issue persists. The lack of communication and repeated mistakes are unacceptable.

I reported a damage almost one month ago and it is still under review. no response at all by calling them and also they closed the chat support after 1 hour waiting in the queue without any response !!!
The process was as easy as possible when I wanted to buy the insurance. Now I need their help to claim the damage cost and nobody cares!!!
