Disappointing service!
I arranged an Allocab to pick up my son from Gare Du Nord, Paris on Sunday 29 June, 2025. I gave the Eurostar arrival details and asked for the pick up to be 15 minutes after the arrival time. It was the last train that evening. The train was delayed and arrived into Gare Du Nord almost an hour late. The driver could not contact my son (he was still on the train with no cell reception) by What's App or phone. The driver arrived at the original time not the new time. What is the point of giving the train details if the driver does not check the revised details? Therefore no pick up for my son who had to make other arrangements after midnight at Gare Du Nord. Allocab will not refund the prebooked amount. I will not be using Allocab again and would not recommend them. This does not happen in London where the drivers always check the arrival details and adjust their pick up time accordingly. Very poor and disappointing service!

Terrible service
Terrible service. Carefully booked a large van for 7 people, and they turned up with a hopelessly small car - and didn’t even understand the issue. The driver also tried to dump us a long way from the destination claiming - wrongly - that it was no access.
The response from Allocab is a joke, and clearly just for show. No attempt has been made to contact me.

Just arrived in Bezier airport
Just arrived in Bezier airport, with my one year old & two year child. & my taxi gets cancelled as I am making my way through the exit. Disgraceful to cancel at such short notice when the driver should already be here. Outside now waiting for a taxi for 30 mins in 30 degree heat. Parents with young child will understand what a disaster. Will be cancelling my return journey with this company, they cannot be trusted. Please listen to the reviews and book with a local company instead.

Reliable driving service and super drivers
Reliable driving service and a very nice and competent driver. He got us to our destination on time during the rush hour in Paris. The return journey was just as pleasant.

Taxi canceled
Received a call at 11pm that our 9am taxi was canceled the next day because they couldn't find a driver. Even later in the day no one would be available, weird.
The person on the phone was friendly and he told us that we would get our money back.
Still sucks.
