Great company to deal with, quick communication! They are very helpful before, during and after the transaction. I have now done business with them twice and I will come back next time I have another requirement. I would most definitely recommend.

I bought an MSR stove from them that developed a fault. All Outdoor went out of their way to resolve the issue quickly and went beyond the call to make sure I was happy.

To start with, I bought a few pairs of performance sunglasses from Alloutdoor for myself and my family. I don't know how they manage it, but they seem to be able to do quality stock at some of the lowest prices on Internet.

Unfortunately, my Julbo sunglasses developed a fault and I dreaded the usual pass-the-buck-game to have them sorted while still under warranty. Well, it turned out the Alloutdoor staff stepped in, took my glasses and did all the work with Julbo to have the issue fixed with no hassle for me whatsoever.

I can't commend the Alloutdoor staff enough for their helpfulness and promptitude in service. While the business has some great quality stock, nicely priced, they also have amazingly good and efficient staff.

I placed my first ever order with Alloutdoor on Monday for a Thermarest NeoAir Dream Inflatable Sleeping Pad (XL) (Extra Large)
The price was the best I could find I received it on Tuesday lunchtime.
It came by Interlink Express who also provide an excellent tracking system and are extremely efficient, The parcel was left in a safe place at my request and proof of this was provided by a photograph of it, also a photo of the note I left confirming my instructions.
I would not hesitate to purchase again from Alloutdoor, infact it will be the first place I look in future. I will also recommend Alloutdoor to anyone.

I wanted to send several items to France, they were very helpful with the price and delivery times. The packaging was excellent and the overall help from the company was top notch. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

I`ve bought a couple of items from these guys, a year in between them, but the service is consistently great, and the prices can`t be beat. I have nothing but praise for the customer service, which is almost too fast, because I hope, though I doubt it, that they take some time off now and then. Shipping to Norway is about 4-5 days, which is faster than many of the norwegian stores I (too) frequently deal with. My next investment will probably be a double hammock, and the first place I`ll go to will be alloutdoor!

I bought a top of the range sleeping mat from Alloutdoor, which arrived within a few days of ordering it. Unfortunately during its first use, on a canoeing trip to Sweden, I discovered that the mat had a manufacturing defect and effectively lost 1/2 of its air during the night. Upon my return I contacted Alex, from customer services who helped me with the return procedure and three week later I received a new mat, which seems to work perfectly well. Great service!
