How to imagine that a car accepts only a particular marked ("ALP") type of tire? But these guys solve it like no one: fast and precise. Their sales team supported me all the way, in a professional manner, until the job was done. Remember: it was my fault. But they choose to help me to fix the entire problem, with no additional costs for me. Great experience indeed!

It seems there was a mid-understanding. The company has received the return delivery. As it was close to Christmas their return stations were closed. However they were still able to accept the packages.

Just awaiting refund, will update. 👍 good customer service nevertheless.

The wheel was excellent, the service was even better. Tony walked me through buying the correct wheel instead of the incorrect wheel I originally ordered, which was absolutely amazing.

I was unsure about the site because i hadn’t heard of them prior to finding them by chance, but one call to Tony eliminated all doubt. Tony is an encyclopedia of all things wheels and fitment, and he was nothing short of astounding in what he was able to provide me. Not only is he friendly and receptive, but he’s so very knowledgeable about his product and will be able to answer any questions presented to him. I will be suggesting them to all of my friends every chance i get, and I’ll never stop singing Tony’s praises. He provided me the single greatest customer service experience that I’ve ever had with an online or overseas merchant. My wheels came in quickly despite how far they had to travel, and the packaging was secure and effective. 15/10 stars, and 10 of them are a direct result of Tony.

Tony rang me back directly after my initial contact on-line. He confirmed the size of rims that I needed and gave me some very sensible and rational advice about tyre choices which was above the call of duty. Excellent online service and customer communication. BMW Style 427 and ordered from Canada. 4 days UPS shipping to my door. All in all purchase was cheaper than buying from local BMW and I saved $452.53CAN. Awesome team they have!

I ordered a wheel-line that I thought was a match for my car. Payment was not taken by alloywheels but instead I received a call from Tony who had gone the extra mile and done his own check on whether the wheel I ordered would match those on my car. Turns out I ordered a diamond cut wheel, while mine are powder coated. Tony had checked and told me powder coated wheels to my spec are not available. Tony could have processed my order and taken my cash but he did not and went to great lengths to protect me. I am highly impressed with this level of customer service which goes beyond what I have come to expect in this day and age. No money was taken and the order was cancelled three days later when I had considered the options Tony talked over with me. I can't thank Tony enough for going the extra mile for me. Stellar service!!!
