While I agree that we are all in this business to make a profit, I don't agree with price gouging for items that are essentially ordered elsewhere. I'll never understand the executive decisions made to initially lose one's business altogether instead of retaining it with a small profit margin.
I've weathered many changes throughout the years with allpoints & have loyally stayed all because it's a local establishment however, to be looked @ as a naive individual that's just going to take whatever I'm given with no questions asked, that's not going to happen.
Ultimately, I have helped allpoints with general quality control of the not so quality after market parts & have provided feed back as to why they're not effecient & how to improve their effeciency & quality however, it all fell on deaf ears.

I ordered hatco parts from the web site. It does not show on the web site that it will take 3 weeks for parts to get delivered. Now I have another irate customer. I would have found something else to make the repair had i known. All Points is killing my business

Well let’s see. You never send the right parts, half the time you assign my orders to the wrong account. After countless attempts at correcting this problem i chose to stop ordering from you all together, I pay someone else more for parts so that I don’t have to deal with your idiocy…. and I still get emails from you about orders I didn’t place because y’all are entirely too incompetent to change the phone numbers on the two separate accounts. Therefore no, I will not be shopping with you any more and I would appreciate it if you’d kick rocks and not send me any more review request.
