The bank transactions doesn't match…
The bank transactions doesn't match many times with the invoice history. Is a nightmare to square Allpoints transactions. Others companies is very transparent and very clear went you ask for a transaction history and then open the bank statement.
Need to improve in that area.

Had a blower motor go out after 4 months on a Montague V35-5 oven. Called and they sent me a new one 2nd day same as the way I ordered them.

DID NOT HAVE WHAT I NEEDED IN STOCK. i PURCHASED ITEM FROM ANOTHER SOURCE AND THEN 3-4 WEEKS LATER THEY SENT ME THE PART WITHOUT MY AITHORIZATION. STILL WAITING FOR RMA. BUT THEY CHARGED MY CARD ANYWAY.

I ordered from the site
I ordered from the site, you emailed me saying you needed a serial number. I responded with the wrong # so you said to contact another person. I contacted that person to see there was no warranty. After I told you there was no warranty, you sent me a quote to which I ordered because I thought it was part of the process. I am not going to lie, this whole process dealing with your company for a simple part has been extremely strenuous. It seems your company is not on the same page as Turbo Air. I understand this may not be personally your fault but it has been a headache to say the least. Just wanted to straighten that out. Now I have to go through the process of returning a duplicate order, it is what it is but your company dropped the ball on this one. I have had 3 deductions from my bank account and when I told cutomer service, they said there is nothing they can do. Total nightmare

I appreciate all your support! It is getting harder to get a customer service rep on the phone.
Also I have called in the past on a back order and talked to 4 different csr's and told they would check into and call me back and then they never call or email me back. Samantha is wonderful!!! Anytime I talk to her and need status she always follows up and gives me updates.
