Incorrect size, pay for returns
Ordered size 12, which the email confirmation had on it. When the shoes arrived, size 11, and following emails have it noted as 11.
Having to pay to return these as well is pretty poor.

Awful customer service
What an awful company. They sent me the wrong size shoe and are doing everything they can to make this return difficult! They also won't accept they sent the wrong size, even with multiple evidence.
I paid £9.99 for delivery and they won't refund this. How can this be fair when they sent the wrong item and wasted my time?
I'm exasperated with their customer service and really wish I'd never ordered from them. Never, ever again.

Absolutely Fantastic Company
I ordered a pair of Dr Martens sandals, which were advertised on their website at a great price. They even offered a 10% first order discount, so it made it even better. The order process was easy, and they have various options for payment and delivery. I took the one where they plant a tree if you choose that one. I placed my order quite late at night, but they shipped it the following morning, and advised me at all stages of the shipping and delivery. It was delivered in 24hrs and was double boxed and excellently packaged. I honestly cannot fault the company, and would definitely buy from them again, and thoroughly recommend them. 5*
