Ordered a size 7 ugg boot guard, disappointed
Ordered a size 7 ugg boot guard, a size 10-12 arrived (I double checked it wasn't my mistake on my order email) returned the item at my own cost even though it was not my fault. No way to report their mistake on return form and no way to get the money I spent returning the item back. Delivery was quick and the returns process was fairly simple. Currently awaiting my refund so I can't comment on whether I actually got the refund yet. Overall disappointed, this was my first order from them and most likely my last.

I have raised an issue regarding my recent purchase. They told me that they will get back to me after 3-5 working days. I have followed up on the 5th working day but I still didn't find any answers. Today is the 10th day and still haven't received any feedback. I hope they can improved their after sales services.
