Excellent quality products
The gear bags that I bought are superb quality. Back up from the company. The only downside was delivery time. Both orders were dispatched on the same day. One arrived 15 Dec and the second late on Christmas Eve. But both arrived.
Would have to compliment Shaun for immediate and helpful responses to my frantic emails.

My order didn't arrive
My order didn't arrive. I ordered on the 5th December and as its a local order should have taken a few days. I have contacted the company a few times and they tell me the carrier said it will be delivered and will update their system (I have been stalking the carriers system and the update on the carriers tracking system has not updated since 9th December so it is obviously lost), there would have been plenty of time to re send this item (its not a large item) when I mentioned it first but I was fobbed off with it will be there, its a carrier issue, these things happen before Christmas - I ordered this first Friday in December and have received items from further afield that I ordered after this, now on the 22nd December I am still waiting. I am very upset as this was supposed to be a Santa gift and my daughter will not receive it now.

I tried calling you to explain the unfortunate situation that we encountered in some area's due to our courier partner losing 40 drivers in the month of December in the lead up to Christmas. This was news we only got wind of in the New Year.
This of course led to huge issues in some delivery area's that we had no control over and we are very sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
I know the team have been in touch and have sent a replacement to you and we will put a claim in against GLS for the lost parcel.
All we can do is apologize but this is of course totally beyond our control.

I felt a bit misled about delivery time…
I felt a bit misled about delivery time being not as soon as advertised however didn't take too much longer. Swim socks have no grip although they are advertised as that because they do have rubber circles on the sole but these are far too small. Nevertheless for the price and appearance they look great and use them for the main purpose which was to cover my feet in the swimming baths.

In relation to the delivery timelines. As advertised it is in 90% of the time within 2-3 working days.
The fact your order was dispatched during Black Friday weekend is most likely the cause for the slightly longer timeline on delivery. The couriers all over the world deal with a huge increase in volumes that week which inevitably and unfortunately can cause some delays. We do communicate this also to our customers. So apologies it took a little longer than expected. Your order left here less than 15 hours after you placed it.
