Long time to arrive
The items were as expected .
BUT…
It took 2 weeks for the order to be assembled and sent. The tracking information given did not include a working link to enable me to track it. Items were being sent internationally, but it still took over a month for them to arrive.

Unfortunately the slight delay on this was purely down to the time of year and it being dispatched over the Christmas delivery period and postal companies working on huge volumes.
All we can do is apologize but this was of course totally beyond our control.
We are a small family run business who pride ourselves in giving great customer service and have been doing our best here to sort all these issues out but due to large volumes of both orders and unfortunately issues with the postal companies and its been difficult to get back to everyone and sort these issues out as efficiently as we normally would. As explained on the call the unfortunate situation that we encountered in some area's due to our courier partner losing 40 drivers in the month of December in the lead up to Christmas. This was news we only got wind of in the New Year. We had to change to GLS in the midst of the Fastway company going into administration and we were left with little option at the time unfortunately. We are in the middle of reviewing this based on they're performance pre Christmas.
This of course led to huge issues in some delivery area's that we had no control over and we are very sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

We as did many of other retailers encounter some delivery issues over the Christmas period which was purely down to the huge volume of orders that the courier's were dealing with.
Unfortunately your order was one that got misplaced by them but as soon as we knew this we did try to get this resolved as efficiently as we could which does include waiting on the courier to do all relevant checks.
Once this was all figured out we efficiently sent you a replacement which we now know is delivered.
