Made a order on their website but when it turned out the was in stock by error and it was unlikely to be back in stock, they actually rang me to explain and offered any other item or a refund.
Very nice people to deal with, would use them again in a heart beat

Slight issue with some items availability in time for Christmas but was very helpful with suggesting alternatives and my nieces and nephews love their presents!

I spoke to the store owner over the phone re my planned order he was incredibly helpful and offered to check stock further for me.

Company contacted me as the item had run out of stock. He was polite and patient while we discussed alternatives or refund. After choosing an alternative, he generously added extra toys for compensation (two additional Bot Bots for a Bot Bot box set).

Otherwise, service was also efficient and delivery came quickly.

Had brilliant day well organised staff were really helpful and all for a good cause. Will look forward to next years

Fully enjoyed the Roll Out Roll Call event and wished there was something similar in the northern part of England, or the UK which was closer for me to go to.

My order came shipped fast and arrived in the US about a week and half after they shipped. Everything was as shown on website. Only suggestion is a little bit more packing in the shipping box.
