Terrible service

Terrible service. Received my order with missing parts. Tried contacting EMMA numerous times but received no reply. I had to open a case with PayPal. My advice, avoid this "company" entirely.

Disappointing

Disappointed.
No delivery when I paid for express delivery.
I was at the delivery address waiting and Chronopost never came but claimed they did.
Tried to contact Alltricks and unfortunately I am having no success getting a response.

Highly recommended seller!

I was searching for a specific product and found it at All Tricks for the lowest price available online. I am based in Ireland, and the delivery was quick, arriving within a week. The packaging was excellent. Customer service was in contact with me several times throughout the process, which added confidence to the experience. I would definitely buy from them again without hesitation. Highly recommended seller!

Bike hasn't been delivered.... nobody helping us

Shocking - my boyfriend ordered a ebike over 3 weeks ago, cost over €6000 and it still hasn't turned up and it was due to be delievered 2 weeks ago, Nobody is helping us, tracking isn't working. Absolutely disgrace. He has ordered from you for years and never will again.

I was supposed to receive my order last…

I was supposed to receive my order last Wednesday. I even paid more to receive it express.
On top of that I did get any information regarding the status of my order until yesterday.
This is the second order I get from alltricks and the experience is not good in both times.

Great both times

I made two purchases from Alltricks and the experience was great both times regarding the quality of the items and fast shipping. I only wish the shipping rate was a little lower and free above a certain purchase price.
