I bought an engagement ring, came in a good timeframe and looked great. Unfortunately my fiancé lost it at the dog park, so I am now going to be a two time customer. No complaints about the product though.

Great quality and great price. Once I got connected to a sales consultant, I had all my inquiries met. I’ve been looking for a while to purchase my sapphire earrings and you can’t beat Allurez on their price for their quality.

This is the second time I purchased from Allurez. First time it was an emerald engagement ring and second time it was emerald earrings. Quality of the gems and silver is great no complaints. The ring has been in use for 4 years now and still holds great. The prices are also adequate and very reasonable. Selection of items is also great. The only reason I am leaving a four star instead of five is because customer service can be better and second time around there was a defect on the item I received so I did not have a flawless experience. However, they got back to me and took care of my concern very quickly. I am a happy customer and I will buy again from them. I would recommend buying from Allurez.

There were so many customization options, I would have never thought getting the perfect ring for my wife-to-be would be so easy. When it ended getting unexpectedly damaged, they even offered to repair if for free, the service has been phenomenal.

No complaints here! I ordered an engagement ring a couple weeks ago, and it showed up quicker than expected, especially considering how close to Valentine's day it was! The ring showed up in perfect condition, the customer service was excellent, so I've had a very satisfactory experience, and will use them again!

The following review is based upon my personal experience in dealing with this company. All comments in the review are substantiated by documented written dated and time stamped emails and documented phone conversations. I will preface this by stating that this is the first time I have ever bought a jewelry item over the Internet without actually seeing the item 1st and because of the negative experience I have had with this company I will never purchase another jewelry item over the Internet. In the middle of December I ordered a garnet and diamond halo ring for my wife’s birthday and our anniversary. The description of the ring stated that the garnet was eye clean/clear and that the diamonds were real and were SI1 SI2 quality. When the ring arrived the Garnet had a significantly visible crack/flaw/inclusion that extended the entire length of the garnet. After returning the ring to them in order for the garnet to be replaced, it took several weeks before I received the ring back. The purchase price for the ring also included an appraisal so that I would be able to accurately Insure the ring with my insurance company. Suffice it to say that every individual/consultant that I spoke with gave excuses as to why the ring was taking so long to just change the Garnet, none of which made sense. In addition none of the people I spoke with on the phone even knew what the other people/consultants told me. I have yet to receive the appraisal which was part of my contractual agreement with the ring. This has been the worst experience I have ever had on purchasing an item. Based upon my documented emails and documented phone conversations, in my opinion, this company right from the start has 1- false advertising, 2- continually lied to me with contradictory emails and phone conversations, 3- disseminated false information to me on multiple occasions, 4- given me false information that has contributed to the transaction not yet being completed, 5- been deceitful with what I was told, 6- A significant lack of communication between departments as well as individuals in the same department, 7- spoken to me without having any knowledge of the conversations that I previously had, 8- while speaking to me gave every excuse imaginable to postpone the completion of this transaction, 9- spoken to me on the phone on several occasions where you can hear other individuals laughing in the background. Every comment I have made above is based upon my personal experience with this company and for which I have documented emails and phone conversations that verify each of my concerns. Nothing they can say could defend the complete unprofessionalism, lack of knowledge, constant excuse giving, passing the buck to other individuals in the same department and what they claim to be in other departments. In addition, on multiple occasions, when I have asked to be connected to a supervisor there was never a supervisor available nor did a supervisor return my phone calls. This negative experience that I have personally encountered makes me wonder if this company is in fact a legitimate company, whether the Garnet is real, and whether the diamonds are real. I would never recommend this company to anybody. My experience with them has been horrific and I wouldn’t want anybody else to be subjected to the unprofessional, deceitful, misinformation, unknowledgeable, and lack of concern for the customer dealing with this questionable company. As I stated above, all of my above comments are based upon my personal experience and which I can document through dated and time stamped emails as well as documented phone conversations. Dealing with every individual in this company has been a nightmare. They yes you to death yet they do nothing to correct the problem. As I am residing in an assisted living facility at this time, I am attempting to make arrangements for a family member to bring the ring to a legitimate jeweler for an appraisal, and verification that the diamonds are in fact real.

I bought a solitaire engagement ring last December and it arrived in a couple of weeks. Note that its finish is very good and of high quality. My fiancee is very happy with her ring! I will definitely order wedding rings with Allurez.com

Ordered a bridal set, so the engagement ring and band, but no center stone. The order arrived on time, but the engagement ring was missing two side stones. I informed Customer Service within 20 minutes of the package arriving. I was told I would be sent a label since it was a quality problem. That was a week ago, no label. Then told them never mind, I just want to return it. Now they are saying no returns on custom work (they sized it. no engraving, no nothing, just sized), and their warranty doesn't cover missing stones, even though it arrived like this. This company is a complete scam.

Ended up winning the chargeback from the bank. The company did not deliver what was paid for and did not stand behind their own policies. Run away.

I ordered a 3 carat diamond cross from a Allurez through Amazon… And after a small misunderstanding and a couple of weeks, I received my necklace. It is absolutely stunning, And very tastefully made. Comprised of six 1/2 carat stones, with the center stone raised.

I am a last minute shopper. I bought a necklace as a gift the day before Christmas Eve and I got it on Christmas Eve! Not to mention it was on sale and she loved the necklace. Hands down 10/10 experience.

I ordered a stackable ring and was unaware I had to be present to receive the package for after three attempts it was returned. When I realized this I was devastated. After some tries to coordinate it’s return to me and thinking it would not reach me, the ring Gods were in my corner and my ring showed up today thanks to timing, luck and most of all the most patient wonderful woman named Caress…thank you for all your caring and understanding..
