This is an online ripoff...I am still waiting for an item that I ordered over a month ago...contacted them via email...told me..don't worry..it's been shipped...still waiting...I usually do my research on these facebook stores..I dropped the ball on this one....they took my money and I'll probably never see what I purchased..
NEVER AGAIN!

Great website, I ordered a floral romper/playsuit, whatever you’d like to call it and it was exactly like the picture!
It did fit a little big, but that was user error because I did not read the measurements correctly.

The item had to ship from Australia to the Netherlands so it did take about a month to arrive so it arrived out of season, but this will absolutely be a summer staple of mine in 2022!

I ordered a coat in October I received it but it was too small and it looked like a bath robe. I contacted the seller and they were willing to give me hall of my$60 I paid for this piece of crap and I could keep the item. Is been a while but I haven't heard anything from them on a refund. Don't spend your money on clothes like this believe me.

I buy a dress and it never arrived, fake site. never answered my email Don’t trust this .

Always receive product within a week.
The fabric is always great quality and lined.
I hadn’t shopped with Ally for years and then I started after seeing all the different styles online. There’s always such a beautiful range with different type of styles too offer.

I totally love shopping with Ally as its so affordable and they always have big range of clothes , and even cute accesories. Delivery is fast, and i totally have great expierence with this brand.

I really enjoy shopping at Ally Fashion both online and in store.
The quality of clothing is always excellent for such an affordable price! They carry a wide range of current in fashion styles and I find their sizing is true to size. I especially highly rate their jeans - I am smaller waisted with wider hips and their jeans are some of the very few brands that fit me off the rack.
Always a great shopping experience guys! Would recommend Ally Fashion to anyone ☺️

They sell really nice pieces and their customer service is the best. I received my package within a week . The dress was exactly how it was on their site.

They use pictures of zara and don’t deliver

Worst fashion ONLINE company. They keot sending out orders with faults and then they expect you to pay shipping back to them. They have broken several laws in retail.
CUSTOMERS have a RIGHT to be fully be fully refunded for FAULTY orders and i know all the ins and outs about the Law. I know cux I'm ba full time Lawyer.

Everyone just AVOID this company.
Don't waste your money and time.

I bought 3 products online and paid with Zippay. I picked the order up from the closest physical store to me. All three products were of extremely poor quality and terrible fit. The website indicated that I could return the products in store, but when I returned, apparently I cannot receive a refund as it was paid with Zippay and their store managers cannot manage this type of transaction. I have then filled out two forms to complete the return, paid another $9.95 for the privilege and have had to print 3 lots of documentation. I also had to enter my credit care details to complete the return transaction, no PayPal option was provided. Very complicated online shopping experience...very poor customer service. I now know why I have never purchased anything from this store before.

Read one of the reviews below. Ordered a package online and similarly did not arrive, kept blaming the courier who had no evidence that the package arrived at their delivery facility. Definitely only buy in-store, not worth it and have to cop losses yourself with unhelpful customer service.

DONT BUY FROM THEM!! They sent a pair of dirty scissors UNSAFE & UNHYGIENIC! The clothing was poor quality and to return the items it cost me $49 to track from NZ. I wish I could give no stars.

I like ally but only buy in store. I placed an order online under their spend $50 get free shipping promotion and it never arrived! They said I need to contact the courier because it’s not their responsibility. Courier said they delivered it (but had no photo proof) so they said it’s not their responsibility. No insurance. Months after emailing them, they finally offered me a mere $20 voucher that could only be redeemed online..? I’m so mad/ sad.

Nice clothes but horrible customer service, walked in yesterday 27/6/20 and was met by a rude blonde lady with a nose piercing, asked her for help getting something down from a high shelf and she refused. Went up to pay and she threw the coat hanger behind her and shoved the clothes info a bag. She then asked me not to eat in the store while touching clothes when in fact I was just carrying it around and had not touched anything only my friend had. Never going back there again and some retail workers need to learn some manners

I was a little worried about ordering from Ally Fashion, but took the risk and was very pleased. I ordered a dress for my mum for Christmas and it was beautiful, just like on the website. The fabric was great and the sizing was consistent. Didn't take too long to get to New Zealand. Very happy! :)
