Very disappointed

Amazing company to deal with. Somehow my order was placed twice but the staff sorted it out quickly before the second one was shipped so it worked perfectly for both of us. They are all very polite and courteous. I won't hesitate to buy from them again. Shipping was super fast and product was wrapped very carefully..no damage at all. Thank you Almagems...you're one of the best 👌 👍 😍

I order a sewing themed phone cover. Looked sparkly and 2D on line. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Not 2d or sparkly. Was so excited when I ordered if for a friends daughter now not sure I even want to give it to her :(

Do not buy this product! It comes smelling of a strong chemical smell!!!! Not safe for children or anyone else for that matter. They refuse to issue a refund.

Never received item even though it shows delivered.

My brother and I just lost our precious mom. And I saw that watch, and loved it. My brother does everything for everybody else. I wanted him to feel special i had made a mistake when I ordered it. I forgot to say (love) Sue. Instead of just Sue. You folks were so kind to fix thst for me. Im just thrilled. Its beautiful and a great price. Ty im super happy

I purchased a mug and received the wrong one, so I contacted the customer service team and was liaising with Chloe. Chloe got onto it immediately and within the week I had received the mug that I had ordered. Unfortunately the mug was broken in transit. I contacted Chloe and sent photos and within a week I had received the mug in one piece. Even though this would have been a headache for them, Chloe went above and beyond to make sure I received exactly what I had ordered. I am very happy with my purchase and the customer service I received.

The product I bought was superb quality and awesome.
It was just as described in advertisement.

I bought this mug thinking I was getting an actual 3D-effect or textured/raised design based on the product photos and description that heavily promoted it as a "3D mug." The images made it look like the design popped out with real depth and dimension – something premium that would justify the $25+ price tag.
When it arrived, I was extremely disappointed. It's literally just a flat screen-printed image on a standard ceramic mug. No raised elements, no texture, no real 3D effect at all – it's completely 2D and looks exactly like any basic $5 mug you'd grab at a dollar store or Walmart clearance aisle. The quality feels cheap, the print is nothing special, and it doesn't stand out in any way.
Buried in the fine print (which I only noticed after receiving it), they mention it's "faux 3D" or a simulated/inflated effect. That's sneaky and misleading advertising – the main photos and hype scream "3D mug," but the tiny disclaimer covers their tracks. If it's just a flat print with some shadow tricks to fake depth, they should lead with that upfront instead of using deceptive images to trick people into paying premium prices.
This is bad business practice and false advertising. Save your money – it's not worth anywhere near $25. 1 star only because it holds coffee without leaking, but that's about it.

The quality was way better than I expected. We received our shirts in a timely manner. Customer service was exceptional. Very pleased with the whole experience. My wife was so surprised that I came up with this idea !

The pillow I ordered was done so perfectly. I was a little confused with how the pillow inside became fluffy, but I figured it out. Just take it out of the cellophane. It came fast. Communication is Awesome. I would definitely buy from them again.

I am tired of going back and forth with this company. I ordered back in November, and was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I still have not received it despite several emails, nor will they issue a refund. I am very disappointed and feel like I am being lied to everytime they respond to my email. Shoppers beware of this company. I see the reviews are not very good and wished I had checked all that out before ordering.

I would give them zero stars if possible! What is advertised is not what you receive - very deceitful. I filed a complaint with paypal and the seller wants to offer me a "coupon" for a future purchase - why would I purchase anything from them after this debacle! Tried to return item because I'm within the return window, however, they keep ignoring my requests - keep offering me stupid coupons! Buyer beware!

I order a tumbler and a phone case from Almagens and after 1 month I finally received it. I'm so disappointed with my order poor quality and nothing near what they advertised looks like a cheap sticker no a 3D image on the tumbler and the phone case a thing plastic with a sticker on. Don't order from this company is a rip off 😪

The photos online look far better than the actual merchandise received or at least it did for us! Very expensive for what you actually get. The online photos look more 3 dimensional, while the cup is really just a photo imprinted on a standard mug. With shipping, I paid close to $35 for a coffee mug that looks like it's worth about $5 in a souvenir shop. Very disappointed - was hoping it would be more impressive as a gift. In addition, it took quite a while to receive the order - glad we weren't in a hurry. I would refrain from buying anything further from Almagems.
