so far I have not received the mug. I have no tracking information . I have emailed the company 3 times. At this point I do not trust that I will get the mug I ordered in a timely fashion. If this does not resolve I will file with the BBB and with my credit card co. Buyer beware.

I ordered the mug which looks 3D in the presentation. Definitely not worth the $34.90 total price. Looks like a picture on a mug, like the ones kids make in kindergarten. Mug even says, Made in China.
Interesting how refunds can only be made within 2 hours of ordering. How would you know if it's defective without first receiving it?
Got it for a friend. Won't be giving it to her.

I strongly urge everyone to think twice before spending their hard-earned money with this company. My experience has been extremely disappointing and deeply frustrating.

I ordered a cup as a birthday gift for my son, who is a doctor. I was expecting a meaningful, good-quality item that I would be proud to present to him. Instead, what I received was a product of shockingly poor quality — completely different from what was advertised. The item was so substandard and cheaply made that I felt embarrassed at the thought of gifting it.

To make matters worse, it took more than 20 days for the item to arrive. When I attempted to return it, I discovered that the return address provided on the package appears to be incorrect. The company name listed — ALMAGEMS — does not seem to exist at the stated address. I have contacted the company by email requesting clarification and a correct return address, but I have received no response whatsoever.

Given the lack of communication and the unacceptable quality of the product, I have no option but to initiate a payment dispute with my bank in the hope of recovering my money.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from them to prevent similar disappointment and inconvenience.

My mother-in-law saw Almagems on Instagram and instantly fell in love with her work and it’s no surprise why! We received the piece within a week, and it looks exactly like the picture. She is so happy, which makes me one very happy daughter-in-law.

They delivered my order quickly and it was just what I was expecting. Great quality as well. I will definitely do business with them in the future.

I love my items from Almagems! I purchased a phone case and a mug and love them both. The customization of both make them particularly special to me in that they celebrate my small business. Also of note, delivery was seamless (took a little time but so worth it!).

I ordered what I saw to be a beautiful cell phone case embossed with a stand mixer and other baking equipment. What I received was an inexpensive cell case with a spray painted version of what appeared on line to be embossed.

I ordered two products, a mug and sort of pendant, both on sewing themes, that looked beautiful in the photos but were deeply disappointing in reality. I paid in the $20 range for items I would have passed over for a dollar in a store. The catalog photo of a sewing kit made it look like a rich little gift. In reality I received a small photo on cardboard. Order #amg324567

I wish I could give a zero review. This company never delivered the ornament I ordered on Thanksgiving weekend 2025, and when questioned several times sent bogus tracking information claiming the package bounced all over the place, first being delivered in December, then delivered in January and finally as recently as February 13, 2026 the tracking has the package in another town 50 miles away from the delivery site. Please be aware this company is asking to provide pictures of your home with the house number showing in the picture. DO NOT PROVIDE THE PICTURES. NO REFUND GIVEN AND NO PACKAGE RECEIVED.

You will never receive your order and they will do nothing about it.

I first saw the products of Almagems on a Facebook ad, and I investigated a little. The product I saw, AND purchased, is all about celebrating the strength and positive attributes of a person, and is personalized. I bought it for my Granddaughter. I am one happy customer!!!!!....It arrived......I framed it.......it is PERFECT! I could not be happier with not only the sentiment, but the quality is amazing! Truly amazing!!!!

If I could put a no star I would, they are the worst, they lie that they are out of Colorado they lie that it’s made in the us they lie and deceive you with 3d pictures when the actual items look like they came from a dollar store they are devious and know exactly what they are doing there will be a class action lawsuit on these people! The items come from Hong Kong

I cannot recommend this company more! The product was beautiful and amazing quality. It was shipped promptly and I received exactly what I ordered.Highly recommend.

I thought I was ordering a sculpted 3D mug, but as it turns out, it is a cup from china which was cheap, and a flat picture slapped onto the cup. It is flat and you do not see the 3D effect. I even question if it will withstand the dishwasher. The price was 36.00 and not worth it. I was going to order three more, but decided that it was not worth the price. And the shippiing was very slow.

The website leads you to believe the company is in Boulder, Co. when in fact they are located in China. It took over a month to receive my order. And when I received it, it looked NOTHING like the picture or the description. Very cheaply made. Buyer beware. How do these companies get by with out and out lying about their location?

My dog passed away so I sent almagems a photo of my dog to put on a key ring. When I received it she wasn't in the middle of the key ring. I wasn't happy at all and they virtually told me it was my fault. No refund or replacement. Disgusting attitude. Will never buy from them again

Ordered a "sewing notions" mug with my wife's name on it as it was depicted in 2D showing raised detail.
When it arrived, I gave it directly to her unopened and said "Happy Birthday"! $35 Screenprinted coffee mug!!!
I was also receiving daily emails to buy more with offers and so contacted customer service. The gal who replied was excellent to deal with. Mug however was misleading in the way it was presented. Thankfully, she was appreciative and it is nice but still.???

Alma Gems did a fantatic job with my pillow for my great nephew. It is soft and beautiful. I love it. His mom and dad love it, and he aboslutely adore it.
