They sell plane tickets that later turn out to be cancelled. I chose a refund and still waiting for my money back and they don't answer. Happened to other people aswell.

They just take your money without any service and all the trips are fake.

This company is so sh** and tr*** and i'm not even being dramatic, we paid for a holiday to a certain hotel and when we arrive to the country and we are on our way to the hotel they change our hotels, we were not happy but accepted it and tried making the best out of our vacation, we had a friend coming and they almost kicked us out of the hotel, our friend could barley come to the same hotel when we paid because there was no space and he was a child under 18 travelling outside of the eu, we were under stress all the time contacting aliens back and forth when they never give us a good concrete answer. they made us pay 10000 extra to be able to get home because THEY changed our hotel last minute, and even after we pay they can't see our names on the flight. don't know if we are coming home, hello from tunisia friends my new home apparently wow!!!!!!!!!!!
