No shipping information after 10 days waiting, I received the same generic email that they are going to send it to the support team but they do nothing. I don’t know what to believe anymore. Really disappointing experience.

Worst online and Customer service experience

I am submitting this complaint to report deceptive and unethical business practices by Almond Muse. I placed an order for multiple dresses and experienced an excessive delay of more than two months with no legitimate explanation or resolution.

Throughout this period, I contacted customer service numerous times. Each interaction resulted in generic, dismissive responses that failed to address the issue. Customer service representatives repeatedly promised a refund due to the prolonged delay, yet no refund was ever processed or received. On another occasion, I was told that my order had finally shipped; however, I never received tracking information, and the items never arrived.

Despite being unable to provide proof of shipment, tracking details, or confirmation of delivery, the company continued to reassure me that my order was on the way or that a refund had been issued, neither of which was true. These repeated false assurances delayed resolution and prevented timely recovery of my funds. This pattern demonstrates a lack of transparency and suggests intentional misrepresentation rather than a simple logistical error.

After more than two months of waiting and exhausting all reasonable attempts to resolve the issue directly with the company, I was forced to dispute the charge with my bank to recover my money. A legitimate business should not require customers to involve financial institutions to obtain refunds that were repeatedly promised and never delivered.

The combination of prolonged non-delivery, failure to issue a promised refund, absence of tracking or shipment confirmation, misleading customer service communications, and the necessity of a bank dispute strongly indicates deceptive, potentially fraudulent business practices. I believe this company is engaging in behavior that harms consumers and violates basic standards of fair commerce.

My girl got it, try it and it didn't fit.

Know I was thinking I can send it back and get an refund.
NO! First I have to pay the return that was 28,45€ I was okey i pay that oh how dumb I was.

After I was thinking I will get my 200€ nop i get store credit so I can buy some other bull shit for 200€ thanks for nothing.

Not worth a $100

I bought a dress at the beginning of February and it got delivered on march almost a month after. The dress came in terrible shape, super wrinkly and smelling super bad. I was charged more than a hundred for a very bad dress, he is beautiful but the quality is just not there, I got it for a wedding that was on the 7th and while I was on a waiting room getting ready the zipper just suddenly opened, I was lucky nobody saw it. It has a lot of problems, I believe that for a hundred it is not worth. The zipper also don’t go up very well because of the sewing on the back of it, the propaganda they do on instagram the quality showed there is good, but in reality it is polyester and very bad sawed together. The back part was too short, the boobs part had 2 different sizes, the zipper doesn’t work well. It’s just not worth of the 100, they were super good at responding and replying, but the dress is not all that.

Custom Service/ Package Tracking/ Shipping

The customer service department was more than helpful. I had shipping concerns regarding a certain dress for my best friend’s wedding. They took their time to respond rapidly but precisely. They made sure my package was a priority and left no error of doubt on my side. I was also provided a tracking and shipping update on my package after I had (unintentionally) not responded back. The fact that they made sure to follow up was simply wonderful. Will %100 be returning and trusting them with my future purchases.

Unfair Refused Refund

I returned 3 dresses to them due to faulty and size related issue. During this process they responded to me that the return is possible everything looks how it should be without any problem after I ship the dresses and paid for the shipping costs myself. After WEEKS I am learning that there won’t be any cash refund because the dress was on discount. (which they did not mention in 14 email chain at all considering all of their dresses are on discount)
They grant me as credits where they have no available sizes in most of their dresses and expect me to use the credit plus I have to pay for the shipping.

Since you only buy these dresses occasionally, this logic is very much useless to have in such a company especially if you don’t any available sizes in 90% of the dresses PLUS it takes you weeks to process this. I express that this is certainly an exception for this case since you can not grand someone credit where you don’t have any available dress and say “you can wait for availability for the next 120 days and order again for your non-existent event.” This is completely unfair and I still request a cash refund.

Do not waste your money

The quality of these dresses are terrible.
They say refunds are "easy" but it is actually impossible. They only give store credit but there is nothing worth getting. The dresses I got didn't even have straight or proper stitching. Quality was terrible

Quality of the dress i purchased was terrible

Quality of the dress i purchased was nothing like the images. And if i want to return it would cost me $80 aud because i have to send it to china or U.S - cheapest option being China. So very expensive return shipping that the customer has to pay for. Really dodgy looking return address to a ‘Mr Cao’ appeared to be someone’s home address, customer service was terrible. No refund credit only and cost almost the cost of the dress itself just to send it back. Their images on website are so misleading. Wouldn’t recommend buying because the quality of the clothing is closer to Shein or Temu quality.

Their answer below says they would be happy to provide support is just for show for other people who read this-to make it seems like they are willing to help even though they aren’t. I had several emails with them directly before this post asking to consider a refund but they refused. I didn’t choose to buy the item on sale - it was a site wide sale, not a clearance item. The dress i purchased despite being a low quality fabric also had the lining very obvious and was half the length of the dress so it actually looked really stupid/silly and this wasn’t evident in the images on their website at all. The lining should be the full length of the dress but it was just cheaply made. Probably a different dress altogether or very highly edited! Not worth the trouble!!
