Still waiting for any information after emailing and waiting weeks for a shipping update. Too much money for these dresses just to be ignored or scammed by a dupe maker.

Terrible customer service
The 5-9 business days shipping is not real
Ordered first week of Feb, 3 weeks later and no update on the shipping. Had to cancel my order after emailing the company 3 times and calling the support team 5 times. The agents are unhelpful. The "escalation" team doesn't exist. All they do is waste your time.

It's been more than 10 days from when I…

It's been more than 10 days from when I made an order.
There is no update from confirm order, and they say it last 3-4 days that order need to be proccesed.
And they don't answer on any of my emails asking for an update.
It feels like scam and don't know if I even will receive my dress.

I have written 3x to almondmuse and not…

I have written 3x to almondmuse and not back to back but days apart, explaining that I have an event and believed their 2-3 day shipping timeline. Customer service has yet to give me an answer and I placed my order a week ago. Extremely disappointed I would have never ordered if I knew the truth about shipping. Never again. Will probably cancel order or return by tomorrow

I recently ordered three dresses from Almond Muse and had a really great experience.
I’ll be honest — after placing the order, I came across some mixed ratings online and got a bit worried about what I would receive. But once the dresses arrived, I was genuinely impressed. The quality, fit, and overall look matched the photos, and they sit beautifully on the body.
I ordered size XS, and one of the dresses felt a bit tight in the chest area. I contacted customer support, and they responded quickly and were very helpful. They immediately offered an exchange and made the process smooth and easy.
Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase. I’ve already worn one of the dresses and received so many compliments. I would definitely order again!😍

terrible delivery

Honestly on the delivery alone Im not impressed I ordered my dress last week it still hasnt been shipped even though it says shipment 2-3 business day after ordering. Customer service is no help they cant even tell what the hold up is.... my item probably wont be here for my event so im probably gonna return and never shop again

I ordered 3 dresses from Almond Muse as…

I ordered 3 dresses from Almond Muse as part of the buy 2, get 1 free promotion knowing I likely would not be able to return due to the sale. I did not think that I would never receive the items at all. I placed this order in late January and it has yet to even ship. Every time I contact the company via email or telephone to inquire about what the hold up is, I'm deferred another 24-48 hrs and told it has been escalated. The first shipment supposedly got lost in transit and they've sent a replacement, but can't get me tracking details on this. This is going on 2 weeks of being told they will have an update in 24 hrs over and over. Be wary when ordering.

Unfair and unacceptable policy

I have bought from many manufacturers using their sizing recommendations so I bought from Almond Muse using theirs.

Dress arrived and was totally unsuitable as it was too tight and too small. I can't believe it was so small for what they called an XL.
I wanted to return and get a refund as obviously I wouldn't suit any of their size dresses. I explained this.
They refuse to refund my money saying it's their policy and that I'll get store credit.
Why? I can't use it? I'm being forced to accept credit I can't use for an item I couldn't use. Really?
Why can't this company be like the majority of online shops? It is unfair and unacceptable. In a world of huge competition they will stand out with their ridiculous policy. Never again
