Been speaking to Alncom since October '25 about getting a connection as our broadband was so poor and they indicated they could get us connected in Spring/Summer 26.
Contacted them in Jan '26 for an update and they said it would be March '26. Sure enough the first working day in March they were installing the lines to our property which is quite a distance and we were connected by 16th March.
They just did what they said they would and were very helpful along the way. Every interaction I have had with anyone in the company has been positive one. They always reply. Excellent service.

Rob, the Customer Service Engineer came and connected our home garden office Cat 6 cable to our Anlcom router. He was very professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and very friendly too. He did a great job and left the place super tidy too. We can't praise him highly enough. The original installation team, who connected us to Full Fibre the previous week were also superb and very helpful, assisting with connection of peripheral devices after ensuring the service was up and running. A credit to Alncom. Highly recommend. What's more, there's a real person at the end of the phone, if you need them.

A card came through the post from Alncom & after some hesitation thinking about it we decided to give them a try. The engineers were all first class and nothing was to much trouble for them. It was not the easiest of installation for them. We would highly recommend Alncom

I knew Alncom back in the day when they did computer repairs. As a former business customer of BT, for many years, I had major problems, unresolved by BT, when they 'upgraded' to a digital phone system and part-fibre broadband replacing the copper wire network. Alncom is good at making the company and its services know in the area and the village where I live and their pricing and offers for new installations for broadband services is competitive . So I switched and am very satisfied with the knowledge and efficiency of Alncom's engineers, who explained everything I needed to know to make broadband and wi-fi work in an old house with very thick stone walls! Thank-you.

Alncom gave a super fast efficient response and installed broadband more than twice the speed of our old connection. The admin team and installation team worked wonders to get things sorted in 3 days!

Excellent service from the very first call. When you dial the number, you actually speak to a named person, which was refreshing. I needed fast internet ready from my move-in date, and that’s exactly the service I received. My needs were met 100%. I only wish I’d known about them sooner.

many years I was with a different provider with very poor WiFi signal I was recommended Alncom for rural areas. I was kept updated from the get go and the day of the insulation I had a very nice guy called Ben who was very polite and friendly. Insulation went very smoothly and the difference in having a good WiFi signal is unbelievable wish I had gone over to Alncom sooner

Realised I'd lost my IPv6 connection, but the issue was investigated and sorted. A big benefit of being an Alncom customer is being able to speak to someone who is situated locally, not some remote call centre person, in a different location; also, Alncom's ability to deal with an issue speedily.

If I am honest I will admit to being hesitant about moved away from BT to a smaller regional company. Big has to be better doesn't it ? I couldn't not have been more wrong. The service I have received all the way through the process of switching over has been exceptional. The staff actually sound as though they care. Perhaps because they are locally based. I only take the trouble to leave a review if I think the service I have received deserves recognition. In this case it does in spades. Thank for restoring my faith in the belief that good service still exists.
