I'd give this company zero stars if it was possible. I ordered 2 items from their website on 17th November 2024. After asking for an update on 2nd January (as it exceeded its expected delivery date), I was told it was delayed and will be ready for shipment by 17th January. By January 26th, I still heard nothing, and so I asked for yet another update on my order. I then got told (shockingly) that my order was still in production and the new expected shipment date is 10th February! The confirmation email states it will take 3-4 weeks to make, not 3-4 months! To reiterate another review I've read on here, if you want something from this website for Christmas, make sure you order it 12 months in advance. Ps. Avoid this company at all costs if you want to save yourself time, effort and sanity.

I placed my order on 20 November and I still haven't received it. Every time I write to them they assure me that they will send it soon and it is not true. I think they have cheated me

Disappointing. I had a pair of joggers from this company about 3 years ago, manufactured in Poland if I remember correctly, and they were fantastic. I am 5'11" tall and the leg length was perfect. When they wore out, I ordered 3 more pairs at a cost of £90. When they arrived, all 3 pairs were different lengths both in leg and body and none were as long as my old ones. Fabric also different (inferior) and manufactured in China. When I complained, the company representative was very polite and explained I could return them at my own expense (to Poland). I was uncomfortable with this as a solution so have kept them. The one pair that is just about long enough has bobbled horribly after just a few wears. What a shame a previously fantastic product has been ruined to maximise profit

I bought a hoodie dress, the pictures were very misleading, the product is much shorter than I was lead to believe, it is nothing more than a standard cheap bad quality hoodie. The fabric quality is appalling. What a disappointment. The price tag was leading to expect much greater quality.

Poor quality

All the process of buying and paying was very easy. Took the promised time to get delivered, and it was in perfect conditions. True to size and very confortable.

Really love the quality, they do take a few months to arrive but they are my favorite tshirts, vests, and hoodies! Just don't expect your order to arrive by any deadline as I've experienced delays where I wasn't able to give a gift in time - that said the recipient also loved his shirt so I will continue to order from them in the future.

Horrible, never again.
Bought a oodie and i didnt get it even after 3 months, i begged for my money back but they refused.
After that i warned them that i will inform the police they sended me my money back finally.

A not happy customer

Ordered in October expecting delivery in the end of November.
Chased early December to be told that the order is now to arrive by 27 December. At that point I asked for the cancellation of the order and for refund. Next day I received automated email to say my order has shipped.
I have just received it today - quality of the items is poor (doesn't compare to what it used to be) and also all of them were made in China but the products are advertised as made in Poland... It was my 3rd and the last purchase... Never again .
No money has been refunded for items returned to their UK warehouse ( as per their instructions) on 27 December (they have confirmed that they received the goods).
Apparently I need to wait for their warehouse to ship those goods to Poland which is neither in my control or what they requested. Simply a joke.

Huge disappointment. They don't respect the production time specified on the website and they abandon the client by not sending a single follow-up email to explain why the order is taking longer than it should. Sent them an email, three weeks have passed and they still didn't reply to it. After deciding to contact them on WhatsApp, they finally got back in touch.
As for the quality of the clothes -we ordered a hoodie and four pairs of socks. The hoodie is alright, but the socks are such awful quality, and certainly not cheap! ... I wish I could post a picture of them. The socks don't have a heel, they're short, very elastic and the moment you put them on, the pattern makes no sense anymore, they look like a mess.... Plus, after wearing them once, the pattern presented discoloration and quickly became all nappy. Worst, most expensive socks you could think of. Not ordering from them again and I wouldn't advise anyone else to. If you'd still like to order from them, in spite of all the bad experiences people often have with them, do yourself a favour and order at least three months in advance.

I really wish I’d read the reviews before ordering from this seller because they were spot on. My experience has been really disappointing. I ordered several hooded blankets as Christmas gifts, only to find out by chance that they won’t arrive until between December 18 and January 1. That’s nowhere near the “24-hour delivery” they promise on their website.

When I reached out to customer service about the delay, I got no apology. They just sent me a quick message saying that one of the hoodies was out of stock and that they were going to preorder it—no warning about this before I asked! Plus, the hoodie is still listed as “in stock” on their website, which is misleading for other customers who might want to buy it.

The communication has been really bad. They didn’t offer any solutions, like letting me pick a different design. I had to keep suggesting alternatives myself, only to find out those were out of stock too. Their response times have also been frustratingly slow—taking 1-2 days instead of just a few hours.

Feeling fed up with the poor service, I finally decided to cancel my orders. Now I’m just worried about how tricky the refund process will be.

In short, I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. If I could give it negative stars, I definitely would!

I would give -2 stars if i Could.
The site says shipment within 24h, i ordered before the 20th of November and today i got an email that states that my order will be delivered after Xmas .
It's the second time this happens with the same site.
It's a shame 'cause the products are really good, but the management is basically a fraud.
Don't waste your time

I ordered two months ago and the cloth has not yet been sent. I hope it will be shipped soon.

They have nice products which is why I was OK with the long delivery timescales, however last time I ordered from them, they cancelled my order without telling me. 4 months after ordering (some things have been 3 months late previously) I asked where my order was, they said that had trouble taking the payment so cancelled the order, but they hadn't bothered emailing me to tell me.

A lot of great desings and very comfortable cuts. I picked a few hoodie dresses and they work great for the late night parties on the beach :)

I was initially very dubious about ordering from this company given the poor historical review and delivery timeframes but really liked their clothing so said I'd give it a chance since I wouldn't be wearing (hoodies) for a few months so could live with a slightly longer delivery. To my great surprise, my order arrived after 4 business days! Really happy with the hoodies also ( I got 2 x the oversized hoodie dresses) and although they are 70/30 cotton/ polyester mix, they feel really soft and good quality. I sized up (since some reviewers suggested this). I'm normally a UK size 10/ 5ft 1 and ordered the large and it fits well as an oversized hoodie dress. Could have got away with a medium for a less oversized fit.

They postponed the delivery again and again until it took 3 months. I don’t think they have any idea when they can send your order. The quality is quite poor and the sizes are chinese standard so you need at least one size bigger. I returned my hoodies and I am still waiting for my refund. It is surely not meant to be scam but it is also not a proper business you could rely on.

Customer for several years now. Love the designs. Love the quality. Keep up the good work!

Update: Cancelled the latest order after 2 months of waiting. Will take another 2 weeks for the money to arrive. Leaving 2 stars because previous experiences were fine.

I love the huge selection of designs! I would like to but more but my wardrobe cannot fit more.
The Oodie I recently ordered is wonderful, perfect for cold and bad days when all you want to do is curl ul in a ball on a armchair.
One star less for delivery time
