SCAMMERS- Stay away
SCAMMERS- Stay away! This is an awful company- basically they are scammers because they make it impossible to withdraw funds and even when you do they rip you off in the process.
Firstly, it takes 2 days to withdraw BTC, the max is only $10K a day so it took me over a week to withdraw the money I deposited.
Then the money you did deposit which was $30k they force you to change in into EUR first before sending it in BTC at the worst exchange rate, meaning they stole over $1k off me. There is no reason why they need to change USD to EUR and then to BTC its just another way to RIP YOU OFF!!!!
Its then impossible to withdraw your profits because they wont allow you to withdraw them at all. So the $4500 I made in profits I cant access. Basically this is because Alpari are B Book brokers who trade against you and want you to lose so they can steal all your funds and if you make money they don't allow you to have it.
They also refuse to let you change your BTC address so if you lose your wallet you cant withdraw anything- so I also have $2000 that I deposited by BTC stuck there as well. Stay well clear!

horrible Broker with bad reps
So i started an account and funded with all docs submitted no problem. the problem started when i wanted to withdraw it, everyday they will ask for new documents or ask me withdraw from different ways, and whenever i try that then that specific service is down. even docs they will request in a way that are not issued by banks. its just shame for such small amount they are doing this shady things. i had to literally blow the account so that alpari doesn't take it. please dont open an account with them if you do deposit small amount and try withdrawing it and you will see there true colors.
you are responding after 4 years that itself shows the service. hence proves my point.

So far so good
So far so good. I am using them for a year and so far the spread and price feed on ECN account are good. Commissions are low, so I like the trading conditions they offer.
What I don't like is they don't offer paypal or debit card deposit/withdrawals so you are stuck only with bank transfer or BTC. Also the regulation is not the best, but I see they do protect investors by paying insurance, so we are protected up to 20k EUR in case they go insolvent, like they did in 2015 with CHF black swan event.
If they add more payment options and get a better regulation I will give 5 stars.

NO STOP LOSS !!! unbelievable.
Their PAMM investment system ( a kind of copy trading ) has NO STOP LOSS and NO TEMPORARILY QUIT!
Can you believe it? It means you may lose all your fund in a couple of hours. This is a very bad point.
Additionally, their user menu is a bit complicated and confusing I think.

worst experience I ever have in my life with these guys. I DO NOT RECOMAND AT ALL. I lost nearly half of my initial deposit only because they takes huge fees and without place any trade. This was my first Broker, but there were already so many issues that I stopped before I even started trading, was moved between account managers too many times, documents did not go through, kept receiving calls while I already had an account.... the only thing I do like and this is why they have 2 stars instead on 1 is their educational tools and videos
