I have my messages and emails trying to contact with Alpari team, no one answered, look like a fake platform, how would you say your team are there to help? You denied my access, you didn’t answer my messages, then charged me for being inactive.

They take away my uninvested funds in my Alpari account without any notification or accountability to me! All employees are hiding under their nicknames. Do not respond to your demands. Registered offshore on the islands. They do whatever they can think of. Absolute impunity.

The broker has just removed and manually closed all PAMN account positions without regarding it's customers and what was more shocking to me was they did it on Saturday which is a weekend day
However i'm sure this broker is not connected to a solid liquidity provider at all and all the positions are within it's own platform otherwise they wouldn't be able to do so on Saturday, i mean i'm laughing so hard while i'm writing this this is hilarious in a broker history, however i'm sure there are similar worst case scenarios happened on an unregulated broker these days.

Anyway, stay far way from this types of brokers, these brokers tends to do many shady stuff in order to wipe out your investment.
i'm sure there are many decent brokers which provide services to your country and if ur living in an embargo country there are decent brokers but you have to pay more fees or swaps, however that would be way better than a broker closing your positions and wiping your account.

There was some money, about $100. I decided to withdraw it. Basically, I needed a photo of my card, a bank statement confirming the card is mine, a housing payment receipt with my last name on it, and a bunch of other documents and reasons to delay the withdrawal. Some of the documents from the bank were rejected, saying they were not properly formatted. For a virtual card, you have to take a screenshot from the personal account and edit it in Photoshop to meet their requirements. I submitted all the documents, waited for the money, but then I got an email saying: "Payment error, please try again." It’s a nightmare, really. Take care of your money!

Alpari is cheater to customers. To attract clients, they starts user covenient payment methods, after join they blocks the method and causes customer loss. Also their system is much prone to loss customers.

I submitted my documents, i got verification message and the agents said you did not submit in our website, their address is alpari.com but in mt5 server info is alpari.pro which is not exist! Agents has 2 names, upload documents not working ! So untrustworthy

They closed my trades without informing me and announced that it was a technical problem, but they did not compensate me and I lost a lot.
You are not a reliable broker, it took 2 days to withdraw from my account and I was charged a huge commission for the withdrawal
The Support also has no nerves and seems to be hostile to the customer

This was my last broker. I really enjoyed their cash back program, but it got progressively worse as the years passed. Great asset choice, and great education program. I had some trouble withdrawing money that left a bad feeling after working with them. From a 775$ withdrawal they kept 78$ between them and their Armenian bank. Crazy.

it's the worst broker I have ever used. it changes pending orders in a way that causes great loss of money. total scam!

Alpari is on the way to SCAM, hold your depo, once depo you cannot wd your money with so many reason.
They require token send via sms or automated call but token never received.
I'm still struggling with wd proccess.
