This place is a scam. They are not a law firm. They had $4,700 in my account and when I cancelled, they sent me back $122.00.
Only one 'settlement' and then they wanted me to give them another $5,000.00 every couple of months to get 2 other settlements. If I had that money, why would I need their help? I would have kept paying the debt.
Do not use these people. I have worked with my credit card companies in the past - I just had so much going on, I wanted some professional assistance. This in not the place. You can do better on your own talking with your credit card companies.
Alperstein just took my money and made my credit worse.
Going a different way now. But do not be scammed by these people.

After reviewing everything, this company is no different intaking care of consolidation with creditors. The sales Rep stated that this would be handled by a law firm! Objective is to billed saving account once that builds up, then they start paying the negotiated balance. However this may take up to 6 months. The CC companies can still take you to court and ask for settlement. It may stop interest. Nonetheless, if the CC companies can still pursue you legally what good is the program!? Also after the fact said for another monthly fee I can add a legal service.
Why is it that companies have a to hide updates and not be transparent from the start!

I really like the way Sam worked around my available time due to so many things going on with my life right now. Like everyone else the cost is always a factory but is better than what I would have paid. However I hope things can be expidated sooner

When I trusted you to handle my credit cards accounts I expected you to have at least payed something on each one based on 2 accts nothing has been paid and have now been reported to collection agency claiming not enough in my acct I explained from beginning I was retiring and the amount I agreed to pay would be enough to negotiate YOU LIED

Harley had to explain the same thing several times before I understood what was happening appreciate his patience.
