Company doesn't honor what they pitch to you in the sign up. They state that you will be eligible for a consolidation loan after 6 months of auto debits. This is a lie, they will pull a bait and switch on you after you stop paying your bills "so they have leverage to negotiate with the creditors", Then require you to put extra money in just to agree to the settlements they are negotiating. It's a bad program. that all i can really say, it's bad. Don't do it. Find another way.

James Schultz was they gentelman I spoke with. He was exceptional in explanning and getting my debt consolidation complete less than one hour conversation. He explained everything on detail to me.

As, I am an avid reviewer after reading through most of these reviews as I signed into this program in 2024 it's been the biggest mistake ever. It is overwhelmingly stressful. First off I have not encountered any of the representatives/ customer care people names that's written unless they're constantly rehiring or using Contractors. My honest opinion this is a legal scam; inwhich I am consulting with other attorneys as I write this. Within the time from which I signed into this program I was and had not been late with any payment now I have been sent (2) two warrants in debt for court appearances(different creditors listed in the program) when they have been deducting money from my bank account. My question is what are they doing with my money after careful investigations they're paying themselves first (fees on top of fees). If you go to the BBB now that's where you will find the accurate reviews.
My advice: BEWARE!!!!
