Passed the evaluation, was denied the funded account due to their own system conflict — and they refused to fix it.

I successfully passed one of my evaluations with Alpha Futures and was issued a qualified account contract to sign. At the moment the contract was issued, my account already had 5 active Zero qualified accounts — the maximum their platform allows. Because of this, the system blocked me from signing the contract with the error: "Maximum amount of zero accounts reached."

I received zero notifications. Zero warnings. Zero prompts to contact support. The 30-day countdown ran silently in the background on a contract I had no ability to sign. By the time I had a free slot, the contract had expired.

I contacted support and provided a full, documented explanation. Their response:

• "The contract was available for 30 days" — yes, available but unsignable due to their own system.
• "It’s in the FAQ" — a FAQ is not a substitute for a direct system alert when their platform had all the information needed to warn me.
• "You could have breached one of your active accounts to free up a slot" — they actually suggested I destroy a funded account I had also paid and worked for, just to unlock a slot. This was never communicated as the required solution.

After multiple rounds of escalation, senior management upheld the decision. The contract will not be reinstated. I am now being asked to purchase a new evaluation and pass it again — to pay for a result I already earned.

I have initiated chargeback disputes with my payment providers as a result.

The trading performance is fine. The challenge structure is fine. But if you plan to run multiple accounts simultaneously, be aware: their system can issue you a contract you cannot sign, run down the clock without telling you, and then hold you fully responsible for the outcome. There is no safety net, no notification system, and no willingness to correct it.

Proceed with caution.

I had a good experience with Alpha Futures support. I contacted them because I had an issue with my account setup, and the support team responded quickly and helped me resolve it.

Great prop firm, i dont really like consistency rules but you can get the hang of it after sometime. Oh and the contact support is great. Sherry was really nice.

Sherry was very polite and helpful. Support got my ticket resolved within 3 minutes.

I had a problem with my payment not going through with my monthly bill. I used the chat bar and talked to Arix and he escalated the issue to the support team. Arix did a good job because he gave me a special code to get my account back with my original price of half off.

I'm not funded yet with Alphafutures but i faced an issue with connecting my account with Deepchart and the guys where super helpfull and nice. Thank you Arix and thank you Ian for the support.
