I received a great support by Khurram. Only wait a minute to receive a person support to clarifying me. Was a great customer support received. Alpha have a great Q&A support however in some particular cases you need a little clarification.

I had some issues with my consistency calculation and was a bit confused about the payout process, but Magic and Jack were extremely helpful and responsive throughout everything. They looked into the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress free.

On top of that, I received my payout within just a few hours, which was honestly impressive. Great support experience overall!

Alpha futures Is the best firm on the market. Best evaluation plans and pricing in the prop firm space. I received a $3k payout the other day and it was the smoothest transaction compared to any other firm. I also love the premium account feature recently added this add a variety of accounts to choose from.
