Don’t give it a second thought

I was lucky I came across Alphacamp and decided to reach out for Deepa. I am in my 40s, a mom for two- a baby and a toddler- working full time and breastfeeding. Deepa helped me loose 20 kgs in 6 months, loose 20cm from midsection and build a strong body and mindset to keep healthy good habits even after the end of the program.
The most important thing for me was to loose weight without affecting my milk supply.
I am thankful for what I have achieved and grateful for the big help I got. The food plan was realistic, easy to follow, a bit boring in a good way that frees a space in your mind to think about other things. It was a bit challenging for me to fit in the steps and workout in my daily schedule, but it was doable, thanks to the way of follow up Deepa was doing.
It’s been 2 months since I completed the plan , and yet I am able to maintain my weight and stay healthy and consistent.
I do strongly recommend anyone who wishes to do a long term change and step into the right path of self care.

Life-Changing Transformation with Adz: 100% Natural!
I reached out to Adz after seeing the incredible results of friends on Instagram. From day one, he took the time to truly understand my life and built a plan that actually worked for me.

I was honest from the start: I hate treadmills and machines. Instead of forcing them on me, Adz structured my cardio around my love for Padel while keeping my strength training and fat loss on point. The journey wasn't always smooth, but his guidance ensured I never went backward and never felt like I was sacrificing too much. Complacency is the biggest killer to stop reaching the end goal, but Adz maintained and stayed on top of it. He monitored, reviewed and gave me incredible feedback, even put me in my place quite a few times where necessary! It was needed!

What makes this achievement even better is that we did it entirely naturally—no performance supplements, just hard work and a solid foundation.

Having been overweight my entire life, I didn't believe Adz when he said I’d get a six-pack. But looking at our recent photoshoot, we made it happen. We’re now moving into the next phase for a performance physique, and I couldn't recommend him enough to anyone looking for a trainer who genuinely cares and delivers.

Alpha Camp - A Place to Change Your Body and Mind

Alpha Camp has been a game changer for me. I joined what must be be 2 Years ago at the age of 60. Yes 60.
I lost 15kg gained muscle looked and felt fantastic. I had been with a couple of coaches before but didn’t see the results that I wanted. Adz was a breath of fresh air , I was given a nutrition plan. Workouts that I love and become a gym rat. Now I see it as part of my everyday life.
I want to also say AGE is just a number if you want to do it you will. But if you don’t you will get the same results. Remember it’s you versus you.
Would without doubt recommend alpha camp to any one any age.

Join for Lifelong Changes to your Health and Longevity

My wife and I joined Alphacamp around five months ago, right at one of the busiest periods of our lives. It felt like the worst possible time to start — new baby, a five-year-old, running a new business, and everything else life throws at you. But after speaking with Deepa and Adz, we realised that it was actually the best time to take control, and we haven’t looked back since.
Before joining, our health and fitness had understandably taken a back seat. We wanted to improve ourselves, but also set a positive example for those around us — both at home and at work. What’s been really rewarding is seeing that influence already paying dividends. We now have members of our team, who previously had no interest in fitness, asking about walking pads and making healthier choices. That ripple effect alone has made it worthwhile.
What Alphacamp provided was exactly what we needed — structure, accountability, and a realistic approach that worked around our lifestyle rather than against it.
Both coaches have been exceptional. Adz, my coach, has been consistently supportive, motivating, and knows exactly when to push and when to adapt. Harpreet, who coaches my wife, has been equally brilliant — understanding, encouraging, and genuinely invested in her progress. You can tell they both care about the people they’re working with, not just the results.
Thanks to their guidance, we’ve both lost over 10kg each, but more importantly, we’ve built habits that actually fit into our lives.
It’s not easy — it takes effort, consistency, and sacrifice — but that’s true of anything worthwhile. The difference with Alphacamp is that you’re not doing it alone.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Mindset shift

Training in the sport of Olympic Wrestling being fit is very important. And the key for this is a balance between diet and workout. I had come into the program being overweight, unfit, blindly experimenting trying different ways to lose the belly and my weight using methods like intermittent fasting, less carbs etc. But once I joined on with Adz his plan worked so well and within 3 months my inches went down. Due to a proper structure my weight was reducing at a good and healthy rate and I became healthier.

I have learnt a lot from this journey and it made me understand my mind and body better on what is good for and what isn't. I understand what kind of foods should be eaten and I understood practically that for the mind to be healthy the body needs to be healthy.

This isn't just a diet plan for few months but its a lifestyle change which has become a habit for me. I understood consistency is not about going hard everyday but its not completely going off track even with few days out of plan in between.

Overall I have enjoyed the journey and was really well structured by Adz. Amazing job!

I joined AlphaCampUK 6 months ago and…

I joined AlphaCampUK 6 months ago and it has changed my life around for the better. I lost my belly after years of trying. Adz has been the most professional and patient Coach I have ever worked with. His advice, diet & training plans worked perfectly for me. I feel lot more focussed and it has improved my energy levels.

The best part was I was able to still have my favourite food, so I actually enjoyed this journey!

Although I had an injury in the last few months and couldn’t fully train I still managed to loose over 10 kg and flattened my belly. I am ever grateful to Adz for allowing me to achieve this goal!

I would highly recommend anyone looking to get fit and healthy to consult AlphaCampUK today!

Would recommend without hesitation

There’s a good chance that Adz has quite literally saved a life. His coaching has reversed a “decade of damage” and the impact on my health and wellbeing has been noticed by everyone around me.

Adz is a patient coach with a deep understanding not only of physical and mental wellness but of how life can put up barriers to being consistent with self-improvement. This in combination with his responsiveness means that guilt is rarely an issue. His check in feedback videos are precisely how feedback should be given - constructive, balanced, timely and most importantly supportive.

Results guaranteed!

I joined AlphaCamp in July 25 when I saw the results previous clients had achieved on Instagram. I started exchanging messages with Adz and everything he was saying resonated with me.

At the time, I was 48 years old and following Covid I had let myself slide. Prior to covid, I would train 5 days a week, play 11 and 5 a side football weekly, ran countless half marathons and full marathons. I was in good shape and happy with my physical appearance. That all changed post Covid and no matter how hard I tried to get back into shape it just wasn't working. I need guidance. I needed accountability!

That's where Adz and AlphaCamp came in. We had a detailed discussion where Adz deep dived into my goals, habits and general lifestyle. Following which Adz devised a plan which was bespoke to me. I have a home gym so he devised a training plan that I could adopt with the equipment I have. He also devised a nutrition plan which was also bespoke to my eating habits and tastes.

Once I started on the plan, I would check in with Adz every day to keep him updated on my progress. He was always quick to respond and provided the right level of motivation, but more importantly he gave me what I needed the most - accountability.

I would also send him training videos and he would make suggestions to improve my form to get the most out of the workouts.

The results were better than I ever could have expected. In just five months I lost 15.2kg in weight and 15cm off my midsection. I saw my abs for the first time in a very long time!

Where am I now? Well I am still with AlphaCamp as I enter the next phase which is reserve dieting and finding my maintenance calories. I have also signed up for my first ever Hyrox event in May and Adz is helping me train for this event. I have the national three peaks in July and I am thinking about running half marathons and playing football again.

We are going on holiday later this month and for the first time in a long time, I will feel confident taking my top off at the beach or by the pool. Adz and AlphaCamp have given me the confidence to not think that my best days are behind me but that they are still to come.

I turn 50 in 2027 and I now feel that I am in the best shape of my life.

Change your life… it’s never too late

I can honestly say the last 6 months with my online training coach have been amazing. I’m in my mid-40s and have lost over 17 kilos, which is something I never thought I’d realistically achieve in a sustainable way. It’s genuinely been life-changing.

What makes the biggest difference is the accountability. Having someone to report to daily keeps you focused and on track. Even when I’ve had a few days where things haven’t gone perfectly, checking in means I get straight back on course. In the past that’s exactly the point where I’d normally fall off the rails completely and end up back in the cycle of yo-yo dieting.

You do have to be committed and go into it with the mindset that you’re ready to put the work in. The support and guidance are there, but you still have to show up and do the work yourself.

For me, it’s absolutely worked. I’ve committed to the process, I’m in the best shape I’ve been in for years, and I want to keep improving. That’s exactly why I’ve just signed up for another 6 months.

If you’re thinking about doing it, get on it — it could genuinely change your life.

Achieving a Six-Pack in My 50s – Thanks to Alpha Camp

A couple of years ago, when I turned 50, I started taking a hard look at where my health was heading.

The honest truth? It wasn’t looking good.

I knew I was overweight, but like many people I had convinced myself that I was “comfortable”. My health metrics told a very different story — body fat, BMI and other indicators were all pointing towards serious problems in the not-too-distant future.

What finally changed things were some very honest and sometimes difficult conversations with my wife and my kids. That was the moment the reality hit home.

That was my trigger.

After a lot of research I joined Alpha Camp in January 2022 and started working with Adz. It’s honestly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Within the first year I had:

• Lost 20kg in weight
• Lost 30cm off my midriff
• Achieved something I never thought possible in my 50s — a six-pack

But the biggest transformation hasn’t just been physical.

Mentally I’m in a completely different place. The discipline, structure and accountability that Adz and the Alpha Camp team provide have had a positive impact on every part of my life — work, family life and dealing with the stresses that life throws at all of us.

This isn’t a quick fix or a short-term programme. It’s a lifestyle change.

What started as a decision to improve my health has become a lifelong journey that I’m incredibly proud to be on.

Adz isn’t just a personal trainer — he’s a mentor who genuinely cares about the people he works with. He knows how to push you, how to hold you accountable and how to guide you through the ups and downs that inevitably come with real transformation.

Life changing doesn't even get close!

Joining Alpha Camp has genuinely changed my life and is easily one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

At the start, I had all the doubts in the world… Would it work? Could I get the results I wanted? How would I manage it alongside work and family commitments?

Fast forward 12 months and I found myself 40kg down. But honestly, that’s not even the biggest change. The biggest transformation has been my mindset, lifestyle, and overall outlook on life.

Before joining, I struggled with my health. I couldn’t play sports, and I had a poor relationship with alcohol and food. I couldn’t even jog 400m without stopping — now I’m preparing to run my first marathon.

I feel like a completely different person compared to where I was when I started. I’m more present as a father and husband, and I’m setting an example for my family.

Through the support, structure, and accountability in the program, I’ve been able to completely turn things around. Adz has been there every step of the way — his support, honesty, and guidance have helped me stay focused and push far beyond where I ever thought I could get. Gratitude doesn’t even come close to how I feel about this process.

It’s much more than food plans and workouts — it’s about building habits, discipline, and a healthier mindset for life.

The whole team has been amazing and supportive since day one.

Alpha Camp has helped me take back control and completely change the direction my life was heading. And the best part is, I achieved all of this without even stepping foot in a gym — that part is still to come, and I’m excited for what’s next.

Menopause & Weight gain

For over 20 years, I stayed the same weight — 47/48kg. People said I was “too skinny,” but it was my normal. I never stepped into a gym, never dieted, and honestly… I used to complain about my weight even then! 😅

But around 3–4 years ago, things changed. Perimenopause hit, then menopause — and suddenly my body wasn’t behaving the way it used to. My weight kept creeping up no matter what I did.
- Ate less
- Tried working out
- Tried intermittent fasting
- Cut down chocolates & crisps

Nothing worked.

By August 2025, I had gained nearly 8kg, and it felt like it wasn’t stopping. After years of trying on my own, I knew I needed help.

I’d seen so many trainers on Instagram and Facebook, but always thought, “It’ll be too expensive… I’ll just manage myself.”

But clearly, I wasn’t managing. I was becoming scared, constantly wondering, what if my weight gain got out of hand and how I will struggle getting it off again, so I was becoming desperate to find something/someone to help me control it.

Then I came across Deepa from Alpha Camp. Something about her post on Instagram felt like she was talking directly to me. So I reached out.

I told her the truth:

- I struggle to stay consistent with workouts

Life-changing!

AlphaCamp completely changed my life. With their adaptable approach and hands-on support, I was able to lose 23kg in under 12 months and build habits that truly last.

Highly Recommend Alpha Camp Coaching Team!

Working with Alpha Camp and the coaching team has been one of the best investments I’ve made in myself! I have a corporate job and am a busy mum, and I used to struggle with structure when it came to fitness and maintaining a balanced diet.
