I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Alpha Capital Group.
I successfully completed their KYC verification process and was approved to trade. I am currently residing in a European country (Iceland), and all my documents were accepted without any issue at the beginning. Based on that, I purchased more than 10 accounts and started trading normally.
Everything was fine until I was close to making a withdrawal. At that point, they suddenly raised an issue regarding my nationality and stated that I am from a “restricted country,” despite the fact that this was never a problem during verification.
This is extremely concerning because:
* They allowed me to pass KYC and access their services
* They accepted multiple payments from me without restriction
* They only enforced this rule when it was time for payout
Now they are offering refunds only for “eligible accounts,” which feels unfair given that they were fully aware of my situation from the start.
This kind of inconsistency raises serious questions about their compliance process and fairness toward traders.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious, especially if your situation involves residency different from your nationality.
Transparency and consistency are critical in this industry — and unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that.

What can i say Alpha has one of the best customer service there is. Top notch professional service + amazing prop firm with extremely nice conditions and priceing. I would really give a 10 stars if i could specificaly for the employee Rashaad from Alpha capital Group! He went above and beyond to help me out and he still does till this date. If i would run a prop firm and would need to hire a guy for Customer service expertise. Rashaad would be #1 on my list! Top notch guy and really helpful. Thank you for every single help Rashaad ! This is more review towards your amazing service + obviously Alpha capital as its whole prop firm!
