Breach of guidelines
Would not use again

For me, the biggest problem with Alpha Capital Group is the overall experience as a client. It feels like once there is an issue with your account, you are treated more like a problem than a customer.
I expect a prop firm to communicate clearly, explain decisions properly and give traders a fair opportunity to understand what happened.
Unfortunately, that was not my impression here.
I wouldn’t choose Alpha Capital Group again.
My experience with Alpha Capital Group…
My experience with Alpha Capital Group has raised serious concerns about the way their breach and compliance system operates. The rules are extremely important when you are trading a funded account, so traders should be able to understand exactly what triggers a breach, how it is calculated, and what evidence is used to make that decision.
What I find particularly frustrating is the feeling that the process is not always transparent from the trader’s perspective. When an account is breached, traders need a clear explanation, complete trading data, and a straightforward calculation showing exactly what happened.
Instead, dealing with compliance can feel like you are constantly trying to defend yourself and prove your side of the story.
Strict rules are completely understandable. What matters is that they are clear, transparent and applied consistently to every trader.
I would strongly recommend doing your own research, reading every rule carefully and keeping your own records of all trades and account activity before choosing this firm.
Personally, I would be very cautious with Alpha Capital Group.
ANOTHER PAYOUT SECURED
ANOTHER PAYOUT SECURED!
Yet another payout had just landed in my bank account, under 48 business hours since request! ACG is just sooo stable and reliable, I am really happy to be a part of their company!
Keep up an amazing work!
Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. The rules and payout process feel unnecessarily complicated, and communication with the firm can be frustrating. I would personally be very cautious before choosing Alpha Capital Group.
I don't advise this company to anyone…
I don't advise this company to anyone lately, they don't have money to pay out and refuse payments, always new restriction rules are not worth it
Account Review Pending Over 8 Days – No Resolution
"Account held for 8+ days with no clear reason despite providing ID & Bank statement. Blocked on Discord when asking for updates. Sent final formal complaint via email before escalating to FOS."

1★ — Very disappointing
I would personally stay away from Alpha Capital Group. The whole payout and compliance process feels unnecessarily complicated, and it seems like there is always another issue that can be raised against the trader.
If you’re considering this firm, read the rules extremely carefully and think twice before paying for an account.
Not a firm I would recommend.
They even doesn't respond our email…
They even doesn't respond our email timely, thay doesn't clearly show us the problem just breach or just declined for KYC. When you ask why, the same answer will continue just declined for KYC. My Goodness, at least tell us the specific problem for KYC rejection. Then refund our money, we passed your challenge guys, please transparency transparency transparency.
……..
1★ — Not recommended
I would not recommend Alpha Capital Group. Be very careful with this firm. Payouts can take up to 48 hours to review, and even after waiting, there is still uncertainty about whether the payout will actually be approved.
It often feels like they look for reasons to reject clients instead of supporting them.
Do your research and be very careful before choosing this firm.
Traders should be very careful
Traders should be very careful
Alpha Capital Group has become a firm where it feels like the rules and their interpretation work against the trader rather than protecting the trader.
There are too many restrictions, unclear situations and compliance decisions where traders can be left trying to prove that they did nothing wrong. The biggest issue is not simply having strict rules — it is transparency, consistency and whether traders are given a clear and fair explanation when action is taken against their account or payout.
A prop firm should not make traders feel that they have to fight just to understand why a decision was made.
The fact that Trustpilot currently states that Alpha Capital Group’s rating is unavailable due to a breach of its guidelines and that a number of reviews have been removed also raises serious questions about transparency. (trustpilot.com)
For me, a good prop firm should make the rules clear before traders put their money and time at risk — not make everything complicated afterwards.
Proceed with caution. There are plenty of alternatives in the industry.
Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience – KYC rejected twice
I honestly cannot recommend Alpha Capital Group based on my experience.
I’ve been trading my a** off to get to the point of earning a payout, putting in countless hours, managing risk, sticking to my strategy and doing everything I was supposed to do. After all that effort, I’m now dealing with a KYC issue that should never have happened in the first place.
When I created my account, the system did not allow me to enter or change my date of birth and automatically gave me a default DOB. I contacted a member of the Alpha Capital Group team and explained the situation. I was told they would change it to my correct date of birth, 13/06/2007.
They didn’t.
Now my KYC has been rejected twice because the date of birth on my account is incorrect. I had already raised this issue with their team and was told it would be corrected, yet somehow I’m the one being penalised for it.
After putting in all that work tradingto earn a payout, being told that I may not get paid because of an incorrect DOB that I already reported to their team is incredibly frustrating.
I’m not going to pretend I know their intentions, but from a customer’s perspective, this situation looks absolutely terrible. The timing, the repeated KYC rejection and the fact that I had already been assured the issue would be fixed have completely destroyed my trust in the company.
I put in the work. I earned the payout. I reported the problem. Your team said they would fix it. And now my KYC has been rejected twice because it wasn’t fixed.
Absolutely unacceptable.

To be honest i found alpha capital as a best propfirm with a friendly support team, no payout denial. Highly recommended.
Extremely disappointed with how my KYC issue was handled
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Alpha Capital Group, particularly with the way my KYC issue was handled.
I had previously completed and passed KYC successfully. When my account was later flagged because of an unexpected IP/geolocation discrepancy, Alpha initially gave me another opportunity to complete the KYC process and told me that if the KYC was successful, they would assist with re-enabling my profile.
I followed their instructions and completed the KYC again.
Unfortunately, the second verification was then flagged because Alpha detected an IP address associated with a different location during the verification session. I have never used a VPN, VPS, proxy, or any service intended to alter my IP or location during the KYC process.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that the IP information provided by Alpha appears to involve Google-associated infrastructure. I raised this point and asked for a technical investigation because I genuinely wanted to understand how these IPs could have appeared during my verification session.
Alpha initially told me that the matter had been escalated to the relevant team for investigation. However, after waiting and following up, I did not receive the level of technical explanation I was hoping for.
The most disappointing part is that Alpha themselves previously acknowledged that they could not confirm with complete certainty that the IP discrepancy was caused by a VPN or DNS. Despite this, the final decision was still made against me based on the IP discrepancy and what Alpha described as reasonable suspicion.
I understand that a prop firm has to take KYC, fraud prevention and security seriously. I have no problem with being investigated when something unusual is detected.
What I find extremely disappointing is that an unexplained technical IP discrepancy was ultimately treated as sufficient grounds to terminate my account, despite my consistent explanation that I did not intentionally use any IP-altering service.
I also asked about reinstatement and refund eligibility, but Alpha ultimately stood by the decision and stated that no refund would be provided because they considered the situation a breach of their terms.
After investing significant time and money into the firm, this is a very frustrating outcome.
My issue is not simply that my account was terminated. It is the lack of a convincing technical explanation and the feeling that there was no meaningful opportunity to resolve the discrepancy, even though I was willing to cooperate, repeat the KYC process, and follow any technical instructions they provided.
Overall, I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled and with the level of support and resolution I received.
I would strongly recommend that anyone considering Alpha Capital understand how strictly they handle IP/KYC discrepancies before committing money to the firm.
i have been trading with alpha capital…
i have been trading with alpha capital for the lastg 1 year and the past of this year to date cause they have a rather simple trading rules and policy that is easy to follow and a the propfirm accounts are price friendly, i have received my first payout and am glad that the support team is responsive and helpful
Paid as promised!
Last week I left a thorough but critical review, so I think it's only fair I stay consistent.
I only had 3 days left in my 14-day trading window and was able to earn a small payout last week. Alpha Capital Group made good on their promise and issued my payout within 2 business days.
That's all a trader can ask for as far as I'm concerned. Do what you say you'll do, and pay your traders when they earn it!
Thank you ACG!
Very disappointed with the service. Need more regulation.
This is truly unfair and unacceptable from alpha. I don’t understand why this can’t be resolved. I can provide proof and hard evidence of my trading activities. I am a valued customer and have been using Alpha for years now.
I don’t know how this wasn’t flagged or mentioned to me earlier. As soon as I request my payout I have my service terminated. I see for my latest account my ip address is all the same. This is all unprofessional behaviour from alpha capital.
They got a amazing customer support on…
They got a amazing customer support on discord, gets back to you in a timely manner. Payout are smooth, Would highly recommended them to everyone.
Update
Update : AlphaCapital now deleting my reviews and ignore my email after I'm send proofs on the reason they ban me.
Would like to change my review submitted on 15 June 2026.
I requested my 4th payout including performance fee on 11th Aug. But on 19th Aug I received an email from AlphaCapitalGroup Compliance team about Termination of Services due to IP address issue in December 2024 suspecting that prohibited group trading. If I think that this decision has been made in error, send evidence or give an explanation.
My relatives were trading with AlphaCapitalGroup way before me. She already stopped trading when I started my journey with AlphaCapitalGroup. There is no overlapping trade at all because she already stopped trading with AlphaCapitalGroup. And in AlphaCapitalGroup FAQs, sharing the same IP address in the same household is allowed if genuinely separate individuals.
I emailed AlphaCapitalGroup Compliance on the 19th, 20th and 21th to explain about the situation and tell them I can provide any proof they need but until today no reply at all.
❌ I do NOT recommend Alpha Capital
❌ I do NOT recommend Alpha Capital. Think twice before trusting this company.
My recent experience with Alpha Capital has been extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise new traders to be very careful before choosing this firm.
The biggest issue for me is transparency.
Rules and restrictions can have a direct impact on your account, yet when you ask where and when you were actually informed about a specific restriction, you can simply be sent back to the general FAQ.
In my experience, this creates a situation where you are expected to constantly monitor the FAQ yourself and somehow know when a new rule, restriction or interpretation may affect your account.
That is not the level of communication I expect from a professional trading firm.
And the payout process is another major concern.
The rules may say that payouts are normally processed within a certain timeframe, but my experience was completely different. Instead of receiving a payout within the expected period, I was left waiting more than 8 days, while additional checks and reviews were carried out.
The biggest problem is not even the waiting itself.
It is the uncertainty.
You can wait days while your payout is being reviewed, provide information, answer questions and submit evidence, and you still don't know whether the payout will ultimately be approved.
From a client's perspective, this is extremely frustrating.
It feels like there are always additional checks that can be introduced when a client reaches the point of receiving money.
I am not saying that a company should not have compliance checks or risk controls. Of course they should.
But rules need to be clear, restrictions need to be properly communicated, and clients should know exactly what applies to their account before they trade.
At the moment, my experience has left me with very little confidence in the transparency of this company.
I would strongly recommend that anyone considering Alpha Capital carefully documents every communication, every restriction and every condition attached to their account.
Do not assume that simply because something appears somewhere in the FAQ, you have necessarily been clearly informed that a specific restriction is being applied to your account.
For me, this experience has been enough to say:
I cannot recommend Alpha Capital to other traders at this time.
If the company decides to properly review these issues and demonstrates that clients are being treated fairly and transparently, I will be willing to reconsider and update my review.
Until then, traders — be careful and do your own research before trusting this firm.
