Update

Update : AlphaCapital now deleting my reviews and ignore my email after I'm send proofs on the reason they ban me.

Would like to change my review submitted on 15 June 2026.

I requested my 4th payout including performance fee on 11th Aug. But on 19th Aug I received an email from AlphaCapitalGroup Compliance team about Termination of Services due to IP address issue in December 2024 suspecting that prohibited group trading. If I think that this decision has been made in error, send evidence or give an explanation.

My relatives were trading with AlphaCapitalGroup way before me. She already stopped trading when I started my journey with AlphaCapitalGroup. There is no overlapping trade at all because she already stopped trading with AlphaCapitalGroup. And in AlphaCapitalGroup FAQs, sharing the same IP address in the same household is allowed if genuinely separate individuals.

I emailed AlphaCapitalGroup Compliance on the 19th, 20th and 21th to explain about the situation and tell them I can provide any proof they need but until today no reply at all.

❌ I do NOT recommend Alpha Capital

❌ I do NOT recommend Alpha Capital. Think twice before trusting this company.

My recent experience with Alpha Capital has been extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise new traders to be very careful before choosing this firm.

The biggest issue for me is transparency.

Rules and restrictions can have a direct impact on your account, yet when you ask where and when you were actually informed about a specific restriction, you can simply be sent back to the general FAQ.

In my experience, this creates a situation where you are expected to constantly monitor the FAQ yourself and somehow know when a new rule, restriction or interpretation may affect your account.

That is not the level of communication I expect from a professional trading firm.

And the payout process is another major concern.

The rules may say that payouts are normally processed within a certain timeframe, but my experience was completely different. Instead of receiving a payout within the expected period, I was left waiting more than 8 days, while additional checks and reviews were carried out.

The biggest problem is not even the waiting itself.

It is the uncertainty.

You can wait days while your payout is being reviewed, provide information, answer questions and submit evidence, and you still don't know whether the payout will ultimately be approved.

From a client's perspective, this is extremely frustrating.

It feels like there are always additional checks that can be introduced when a client reaches the point of receiving money.

I am not saying that a company should not have compliance checks or risk controls. Of course they should.

But rules need to be clear, restrictions need to be properly communicated, and clients should know exactly what applies to their account before they trade.

At the moment, my experience has left me with very little confidence in the transparency of this company.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering Alpha Capital carefully documents every communication, every restriction and every condition attached to their account.

Do not assume that simply because something appears somewhere in the FAQ, you have necessarily been clearly informed that a specific restriction is being applied to your account.

For me, this experience has been enough to say:

I cannot recommend Alpha Capital to other traders at this time.

If the company decides to properly review these issues and demonstrates that clients are being treated fairly and transparently, I will be willing to reconsider and update my review.

Until then, traders — be careful and do your own research before trusting this firm.

Payout is good and i received it but…

Payout is good and i received it but theres just soo much rules. the most stupid rule is the news. Forexample u trade XAU/USD the news that ur not allowed to trade on is for EVERY CURRENCY, TO EUR, GBP, CHF, AUD, ETC, ALL! and everyday theres just sooo much news going on that limit us on our trade. This is the first firm i see doing this and it is stupid. i had a trade for XAUUSD opened 6 hours ago, then hit tp, when i check, it hit tp when a CHF news was happening. Its just stupid.

A shadow of its former self

I have been with Alpha for well over a year.

This started as a great experience, with fair rules that led me to learn with them, then blow quite a few accounts before finding my feet and eventually achieving some good payouts.

Then, the rot set in when they suddenly placed me in a risk group ('coincidentally' around the time I started getting decent payouts, instead of just handing them money for blown evaluations).

Since that time, I've taken a more detailed look at how Alpah operate when compared to some of the other large props, and found them wanting:

1 - Their red folder news 'no trading' times are based on both forex factory AND fx street - this means you need to keep track of 2 different sources at once

2 - Unlike competitors, they do not notify upcoming red folder news via email (others tend to give you alerts via email 1 hour before an event)

3 - Again, unlike competitors, if you do make a soft breach for a red folder news trade, they wait until your payout day to riase the issue, then they dont just deduct your news profit from the payout, they deduct it and reject your WHOLE payout - meaning if you are bi weekly, you have to wait ANOTHER 2 weeks for your payout (likely hoping you'll blow the payout in that time)

4 - Their payouts take waaaaaaaaaaaay too long ('day of request + 2 business day') so even if you request at 5am (UK) on a Monday, that's classed as 'day of request' so when you add the 2 working days, you arent getting paid until Wednesday - when competitors are paying in some cases instantly, in others within a few hours to max a day. this just isnt acceptable

5 - I'm seeing an increasing number of people in their discord complaining about waiting on payouts for over a week (though in my recent experience, the last 2 payouts required chasing, but were paid out by late (UK) on the 3rd day ) - just search 'payout' in their #ask alpha discord channel to see the number of complaints

I fully expect this bad review to get buried in loads of 5 star reviews, which I personally doubt the authenticity of, but my recommendation to you would be too spend a lot of time in their discord and searching reddit etc before handing them a penny.

4 Rejected payouts

I have now had 4 payout requests rejected.

The first 2 were rejected because they claimed I had not completed the required 5 trading days.

I continued trading, met the requirement they communicated, and submitted again.

Then the reason suddenly changed.

This time, they accused me of reverse trading / hedging between accounts.

I reviewed both of my trading histories carefully, and the records show that I was repeatedly taking the same directional trades on both accounts, often within seconds of each other.

Both accounts were frequently LONG together or SHORT together.

That is not a systematic hedge.

Their accusation appears to rely mainly on a very short alleged overlap of around 18 seconds, while ignoring the overall trading history and the repeated same-direction exposure across both accounts.

But there is an even more serious problem.

The account numbers referenced in the compliance analysis they sent me are different from my actual account number

So I am being accused of a serious trading violation, my payout is being rejected, and the analysis sent to justify that decision appears to reference different accounts than mine.

For me, this is extremely concerning.

The sequence is simple:

First: payout rejected for not having 5 trading days.
Then: payout rejected again for the same type of requirement.
After meeting it: suddenly accused of reverse trading.
Now: the compliance evidence itself appears to reference the wrong accounts.

I have requested a full manual review by senior compliance, using the correct account numbers and the complete trading histories.

I have no problem with firms enforcing their rules.

But when money is being withheld, the review process must be accurate, consistent, transparent, and based on the correct account data.

After 4 rejected payouts, changing explanations, and now an apparent account-number discrepancy, I consider the handling of my case extremely unprofessional.

Payment refused after I spent my…

Payment refused after I spent my hard-earned money on Alpha Capital Group challenges.

I passed a new challenge, received a funded account, traded successfully, and qualified for a payout. When the time came to get paid, Alpha refused the payout and reset my account based on activity they linked to older accounts.

I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled and cannot recommend this company to other traders.

My advice: be very careful before spending your money here. Based on my experience, I would avoid Alpha Capital Group and look for alternative prop firms.

Full emails and timeline available.

Following up my last review here…

Following up my last review here regarding termination of my account and all services with Alpha Capital Group.
So the risk team responded on my email with another lies. They sent me a report where it shows the other accounts I was apparently part of. But I can see straight away they have wrong informations because under my account it says 'funded' but the account was in phase 2 and I only passed phase 1. So there you go, they won't admit their mistake even I pointed that out. They don't care that they are accusing people of something what is not true. Well at least I got one payout from them from my previous 10k for $40 which I then lost because I didn't know that I need to leave a buffer when I'm requesting payout because apparently the max trailing stop loss never reset. So when payout done I started trading again on it and I had only $200 max drawdown. I hope you guys find my review helpful with decisions you make regarding this prop firm. Like I said previously I had no issues with Alpha until now. So something is definitely going on with them, just be careful.

Very positive experience with Alpha Capital

The team has been responsive and professional throughout. I was particularly impressed when I was contacted for a verification interview by Mr. Usman, who made the process clear and straightforward. He confirmed that I was indeed the one operating the account, and the whole experience felt respectful and efficient, not intrusive at all.
The platform (website and MT5 server) is easy to navigate and I've had no technical issues. Everything I need to trade is accessible without problem.

I requested a withdrawal and it was processed without any problems. The payout arrived on time and the amount was exactly what I expected.

Overall, my experience with Alpha Capital has been smooth and trustworthy. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable platform.

Denied 14k Payout

I only give two stars because they have in fact given me payouts. My recent experience has been one star. To keep it simple I requested a 14k+ payout and they denied it. Not because of how I made the profit but rather because they found 1 example where 3 months prior I had taken 2 trades in opposite directions that overlapped for 24s. Keep in mind that I have requested multiple payouts since this happened and they never mentioned it. But now that they need a reason to deny a large payout they find some tiny infraction that occured months prior and is completely unrelated to the current situation.

Issue no.2 is that they always take longer than advertised to proccess payouts often taking twice as long as its supposed to.

Issue no.3 is that everything was going great until I got funded with a 200k account. They immediately placed me in a restricted category and since then its been a nightmare.

This concludes my experience with them. My advice is to not do business with them and find someone else.

Scam

Scam, do not bother.
After passing their 2step eval, they will make up something not to give you your funded account. Their direct funded account rules are unreasonable too.
There's just always something with them

Part 3: Alpha Capital Abandoned Their 2024 IP Claim and Invented a "Finland CID" Allegation Out of Thin Air

In my first 2 reviews, I exposed how Alpha Capital Group terminated my two-year-old, $200k funded account using a censored screenshot of an IP match from October 3, 2024, five days before my funded account even existed, and weeks before my first live trade.

Once I pointed out the blatant impossibility of that timeline, Alpha realized their initial excuse was completely dead. Instead of doing the right thing, owning up to their mistake, and paying me my money, they simply created a brand-new allegation out of thin air.

When the 2024 IP argument collapsed, Louie Slack (Head of Client Support) pivoted. He pulled a completely new claim out of nowhere, alleging that on August 7, 2026, my account was accessed from Canada, and then 3 hours later from Finland under a different Client ID (CID): 42fcae76f28a12e80e82403a4dd162e1. His exact argument: "It is impossible for you to travel from Canada to Finland in 3 hours... the only logical explanation is that someone based in Finland accessed this account."

Here is why this new allegation is pure nonsense and proves they will invent literally anything to avoid paying out traders:

Manufactured Out of Thin Air: This "Finland CID" issue was never mentioned in my original termination notice. It only magically appeared after their 2024 IP narrative was completely destroyed.

Zero Corroborating Trades: There is not a single trade, order execution, or position opened during this alleged login. In fact, it cannot be tied to a single trade in the entire two-year history of my account.

No Evidence of Misconduct: A disputed, idle login log does not prove group trading or account management. They have zero proof of any actual rule breach tied to my trading activity, yet they are using an unverified server ping to forfeit $4,778 in earned profits, profits which date from July 22, 2026, and which have remained unpaid since.

Silencing the Truth: To top it off, instead of addressing these obvious holes in their story, Alpha Capital banned me from their official Discord server today just for asking questions and demanding to speak to someone.

This is no longer just a mistake on their end. It is a systematic effort to find or invent any technical anomaly possible to deny payouts and steal legitimately earned funds.

I have formally demanded full MT5 server journal entries, trade execution logs, and precise time zone data for my account. Alpha Capital has shown its true colors: if they can't catch you breaking a rule, they will drag up impossible timelines, invent fake logins, and ban you from the community.

I will keep publishing every single email, timestamp, and log to expose this firm for what it is. I have a massive trail of documented evidence proving their systematic goalpost-shifting, and I will continue making every piece of it public until they answer for this clear breach of contract and release my legitimately earned funds.
