shocking , please do not order from this web site!!!. spent 60 usd for 2 x t shirts which have eventually arrived from china. smelly packaging, shocking quality - no branding marks, sizing totally inaccurate.i asked for a refund. and they have told me i have to return to china within 5 days, send p of postage /tracking etc etc, in otherwards they are making it as difficult as possible to get a refund!!! As such i am now in the process of trying to get a refund through paypal, as they have offered me 20 percent off my next order, or if i close the complaint 8.97 usd compensation!!!. PLEASE PLEASE save your money for something else......

Ordered shoes last month that are still not here. I went into their tracking site to see where they are in the process and it says they were delivered Saturday. I was here all day and no delivery. Judging from the other bad reviews of poor customer service, I won't waste my time trying to get my money back. If I had known these were made and shipped from China, I would have never placed this order. I have never written a review or complained, but after seeing the other bad experiences on here, decided it was worth the time to share my experience to help others. Oh, and I can't even find a way to contact them even if I wanted to.

Alpha Killa falsely advertises the products it sells. From a recent I order I completed with this company, the material was not "high quality" but rather cheap. Two of the three items had grease stains. Additionally, the size guide provided by Alpha Killa for the items I ordered did not reflect what I received. I have tried to work with this company for a return and they told me I would need to send the items back to China where they were shipped from. However, Alpha Killa offered to refund me 15% of my purchase price and I keep the items. I negotiated with Alpha Killa to a 40% refund, but when I requested a confirmation of the refund, all communication went quite from their end.

As a consumer, I'm extremely disappointed with their lack of communication, false advertisement, and poor quality of product sold. I would recommend to all to avoid this company for my reason listed.

Ordered Jan 20, had my stuff Feb 5 or earlier (forgot to pick up the mail. Not too bad. However the clothes felt a bit cheap and probably looked better in the pictures. I'm usually a S but ordered M, which was too small. Their sizes are off. And the fact that their site disappeared without letting customers know that there is a new under a new name is terrible customer service.

Waited weeks for sweatpants to arrive. Finally arrived and the colour is nothing like the picture (ordered kaki came orange) and the fit is very small (I ordered large) and quality is terrible. Poor workmanship looks like very cheap made product.

Guys save your money and use it for anything else but this

Horrible company. My clothing came in and all of it would have fit a small child. I am a US size Large, and each of these items fit me like a wetsuit. Their website mysteriously disappeared soon after I ordered the items, and it took about 3 weeks until I received them. Now I have to sell everything on eBay to try and get a portion of my money back. I would beat these people hard if I had an opportunity. Bunch of scam-artist fucktoons.

Stopped replying to messages, websites dissapeared, need to refund as clothes don’t fit the person I bought them for. Not giving great confidence in the company seeing as they can’t even respond to a message when it says ‘typically replies instantly’,
And 4 messages later and 1 week later, still no reply, terrible service

Ordered trainers, got them today. Love them. Went back to site to order more, but says sites gone? Update:
Alpha killa are now trading as Beast Killa.

I am waiting 2 hoodies from them. I tried to access the site but it says page not found. Maybe the site closed. Also i send a msg to facebook still no answer.. Also i saw on facebook another company today that is called beast killa and sells the same prodructs.. Maybe they are scammers and when they are revealed they change the company name..

They disappeared. No website ,and customer service emails are disappearing. My order says it was returned to sender and I can't get a response from them. This site...or lack or...is a scam

Two of my kids ordered a Christmas gift for me from this website. Items shipped from China and arrived very late. Both were the same pair of running shoes, which were WAY TOO SMALL. Now their website is down and I have no way to get in touch to exchange the shoes for a size that fits. Don't waste your time or money with this merchant.

never got my order.. makes 50 days from now, I want a refound or my order

Ordered some gym stuff mid december. They came today. All fit well, seem to be good quality. Can't wait to try them out.

My items were sent from China. 30 days to receive. Sizes run small, like child size. Returns/Exchange process is a joke.

- You have to return items to multiple addresses and pay for postage. To China!

- You only get 7 days to return items. I ordered my items over Xmas, so I was outside this window immediately.

- I wanted a simple size exchange. I had to take photos of each item and then await for addresses to return each item to.

- I never received returns details after multiple emails. I gave up. Now stuck with some very small gym gear.

They have good stock, but buying anything is high risk. Only ever order 1 item at a time, order at least 1 size up and assume no returns.

Totally the best e-shop I've ever tried!!!! Iconnected costumer service for further information, and they were totally quick and helpful!! I ordered for somewhat over 200 bucks, everything was of good quality, sizes were alright. Shipping to NZ took six workdays, which I guess is okay. Thank you guys
