Fast and responsive customer service. I bought 8 outdoor dining chairs. Assembly was easy for all of them, but I noticed the arm of one chair was rough with metal shards. I contacted customer support and they responded within a day. Once the part was identified they shipped it to me and it arrived very quickly and I was able to easily replace the defective arm.

Alphamarts stood behind their product and replaced it when it arrived slightly damaged. We would order from them again.

I purchased an outdoor dining set from Home Depot. When received one chair was damaged and missing hardware. We were told by Home Depot to contact Alpha Mart. They from day one were awesome to deal with and were able to replace our chair and hardware.

Ordered and received in 2 days. Easy assembly just follow the directions. I put this together in 4 hours. Have used once and it has exceeded all of my expectations. Love the idea of having separate controls to lower the coals on either side, great concept. No paint peeling or rust.

Bought table and chairs, had a problem with one part of a chair, but was sorted out after contacting seller who sent me a replacement. A good experience all round

I ordered the Patio Dining set with 6 chairs. When the order arrived one chair arm had a small gouge on it, After contacting Customer Service they shipped me out a replacement arm.
They were very helpful in resolving the problem.

Customer service was excellent. I had some questions on assembly and they sent a video from the factory assembling the product. The product itself is great. Very comfortable, reasonable price, and sturdy. Highly recommend it and the company

I ordered a 9 piece rattan patio set. 2 chairs were damaged. I sent pictures and it was replaced within a week. Very happy with their prompt response.

I ordered a storage cabinet and while putting it together I discovered I was sent a wrong piece. After speaking with costumer service and sending them a picture of the issue, they immediately sent me a replacement. I was expecting it to arrive within a week but it ended up arriving two days later! I was extremely impressed with their customer service and I would absolutely order from them again.

I bought six chairs and one came in damaged. I contacted customer service and the replacement part was sent very fast. I was very impressed with the way they handled everything. Also the chairs are heavy duty and feels like they will last a while on my deck.

Purchased a chair set from this company through Amazon. Two of the chairs were damaged during shipping. I notified customer service and was sent replacements within two days. I am very satisfied with both the product and the service I received.

We had ordered the patio set, plus extra chairs. The chairs were very sturdy and well made. The table came damaged, but after contacting Alphamarts, and sending a few pictures, they sent us a new table right away. Very professional.

I purchased an L-Shaped outdoor couch. The price was good and the couch looks good with quality materials. I had a couple of issues - missing part and assembly instructions not compatible with product. However, Alphamarts quickly responded and shipped the replacement part. They also maintained good communication. As for assembly, we just forfeited the instructions, and put it together with common sense.

i did have a problem with one bar stool Yvonne was quick to respond & solve the problem.
