I have a defective part on grill I ordered. I'm not able to get through to customer service. I've made numerous calls and sent emails. I need a response from the company.

We ordered a patio and chairs set which arrived quickly(through a large home improvement company). The table had some damage probably from shipping. We contacted Alphamart and they were very helpful and sent a new table. It arrived within a few days. I would definitely order again from Alphamart.

Excellent customer service. Very nice product,very sturdy for the price.

We bought two sets of sofas and rockers. The items themselves were well made and very nice. One of the sofas had a duplicate piece. There was supposed to be a part C and part D, however I had two part C and no part D. I contacted them and they were absolutely fantastic. They solved the issue quickly. This is an example of how a company should serve the customer.

We are giving Alphamarts.com 5 stars. We ordered 6 outdoor patio dining chairs and are very happy with the quality. We did have one defective chair. Alphamart has by far the best Customer Service we had to call. First contact was on May 9th and the new replacement chair was delivered 10 days later.

Rust after a few rains is now on my new patio..seems to be originating at attachment points. In assembly one of the threaded holes was stripped out.
Not happy at all with the quality.

One of the chairs I received had manufacturing mistakes, no pre drilled holes in the metal. After contacting Alphamarts, this was resolved with them sending not just one, but two replacement chairs. The quality of the patio dinning set is excellent, as well as the customer service by Zeke and Tiffany.

While I am an older female, I was able to put this 7 piece patio set together in about an 2 days! All pieces were there and instructions were a little intimidating however easy to follow! Wonderful set and company!

My recent purchase of furniture was amazing. It is well built, sturdy, water and fade resistant. Cushions are water resistant. The water stands on top of them. Love it.

There was a slight dent in the extender and I tried to go back to the place we purchased. Instead, I decided to contact the company Alphamart and they were great....sent a new one out right away!

Excellent Customer Service!

Patio umbrella pole assembly had problem—customer service responded quickly and offered a quick fix.

One part of the sofa I purchased was marked incorrectly and would not fit. Customer service quickly remedied the problem sending me a new assembly very quickly. Could not ask for better service! Extremely satisfied.

I bought this umbrella and missreadcome with the sand but after all the service was 10/10 products is amazing.

Ordered 7 seat outdoor patio set back in February. Didn't get a chance to put together until this past Saturday. Once we started the assembly, we noticed missing piece or incorrect piece. I contacted customer service by email that afternoon. I'm thinking I would not hear anything until Monday. Anyway received response e-mail later that night. On Tuesday, I received the correct piece. It took like 2 days to resolve. This is what I consider GREAT customer service. The outdoor set is very good quality. I will definitely buy from them again!

It's a long but good story. We recieved a product as a gift. We were unable to make it work for us. They went way out of there way to give us options that were more than expected. Thanks to Anna and Alphamarts.com

Great patio set!! Took some to put together but was not hard at all. Very pleased with this purchase!

The product is good quality and was shipped in the specified time frame. A small part was missing upon unpacking. When I contacted the company via email, they responded promptly and mailed a replacement part. 5 stars is for a good product and great customer service.

I love this beautiful set,it is very comfortable! Customer service has been great. Had a slight problem they corrected it promptly.
