Payout denied
Alpha trader is a total scam firm. I passed and got my funded account of 10k$ with alpha on 26 September. I traded with proper risk management and consistency making 300-400$ everyday and made total of 3244$ that is 32.4% profit and I stop trading at this stage and waited for my payout date. I requested my payout on 26th October.
On 27th October they sent me mail that your payout rejected because you login from different geolocation.
I sent them all proof making them clear that I am the only one taking trades on my account and showed them proof from my MT5 journal also.
But still they keep saying that this time your payout will not be approved. My whole 1 and half month got in vain.
I would like to tell my trader friends who are looking to trade with prop never select alpha trader firm as your choice because they will ruin your dream what you have seen from trading.
Few days ago they are also giving 10k$ free account for giving them give star on trustpiolet like scam firm always do. You can get account for giving them 5 stars but even after that they don't pay you. So keep distance from this types of scam firm. And always select a firm with better reputation.

Each payout request undergoes a compliance review to confirm that trading activity, account access, and all rules under our Terms & Conditions and FAQ were followed.
In your case, our system detected multiple logins from significantly different geolocations within short time intervals, in some instances hundreds of kilometers apart. These findings were verified through backend IP logs, which we have already emailed to you directly for full transparency. This type of access pattern is consistent with either shared account use or third-party access, which is strictly prohibited to maintain program integrity.
We recognize that you shared MT5 journals showing your trading activity, but those records do not contain account access data only trade executions. Our decision is based solely on the verified access logs, not on trading performance.
We’ve processed thousands of payouts, paying millions of dollars to traders worldwide, and we apply the same compliance standards to every trader equally, regardless of payout size or status.
If you would like us to resend your IP activity report or discuss the findings in more detail, please contact support@thealphatraderfirm.com, and our compliance team will gladly provide the documentation again.
Weird rules
I was in a winning trade. I had my stop loss set in profit and I was waiting for the trade to play out. I quess it went way into profit then pulled back. They said I breached my daily limit which was at $0. And my account was shutdown. My profit on the account was at $16k.. I have reached out with no response. The trade went my way and would have doubled my account

To clarify, Alpha Trader Firm’s system monitors both realized and floating (open) equity in real time. A daily drawdown breach can occur if, at any point during the trade, your open equity drops below the allowed daily limit even if the trade later moves back into profit or closes positive.
This rule is detailed in our Terms & Conditions and FAQ, and it applies equally to all traders. It ensures consistent risk control and fairness across all funded accounts.

Denied payout
They denied me my payout because in there hidden rules you can’t login on different location
So in my case i logged in at my house and at my work and they said its a hard breach because they detected multiple id adresse and login
This is not right at all
Juste looking for any excuses to not pay traders
I dont know how you managed to get to this conclusion if i only used one phone to login and logout

(Highest Single-Day Profit ÷ Lifetime Realized Profit) × 100 = trader score
so to get a payout you have to achieve 20% or below in trader score which is insane, just another hidden rule to deny payouts. Avoid at all costs
