Glitches Experienced but Resolved
I was directed by the on-line system to do everything with no choice of any human contact. The medical insurance questionnaire was highly stressful to complete and some options to choose did not offer a ‘non of these’ option.
A glitch was experienced as I could not save my entered address and phone number.
Eventually talked to someone (on call back), and sorted the glitch. Finally whilst being stressed out, I was offered the option of calling for an alternative medical quotation number. By this time, I could not deal with anymore, although the quote was very expensive for a single trip.
I used Alpha last year so expected a preferential premium.
