I have used Alpha a number of times and is very easy to sort insurance at very competitive prices.
I had to make a claim in 2017 and was very easy to sort out and was UK adviser based
My only concern is I have been told that when you now want to speak to them or make a claim it is all overseas advisers now not UK based?…I cannot confirm this

Good cover with plenty of options.
When I first applied for Alpha insurance the process was very easy and fast and I was covered for the full 12 months package as I go abroad several times a year. When the renewal was due I recieved a message well in advance and renewal was easy, no bother. Luckily I have never had to claim anything on my insurance so cannot comment on that aspect, hopefully it works well.
